You information is pretty much a straight up lie, and the facts I've just laid out have been posted on this forum multiple times, with articles that feature Hearn admitting the offer was real, and there was an offer sheet. If the deal wasn't real, then how the fhuck could AJ turn it down? You're telling me these people are going around publicly turning down fake deals? You guys are straight up idiots.
Did Hearn ask for a contract??????
    Did Finkel send a contract????????

Why didnt Finkel send a contract? Hearn doesnt need to accept anything to receive a contract. There is no rules or laws stating you have to say a particular set of words to receive a contract. Hearn said "we are very interested in your offer can you please send a copy the terms and conditions". And Finkel deemed that not good enough to send them the terms and conditions.

Hearn asked for the contract and Finkel refused to send it, refused to talk to Hearn about it and cancelled the planned meeting they had.

Is that normal behavior? Dont you see how that seems a bit strange if they really wanted to make that fight? And i bet i can find more vids of Hearn saying directly that he never received terms or a contract than you can where he says he did.

"On October 17, it was announced that DAZN, Canelo, and Golden Boy (Alvarez’s promoter) had entered into an agreement to stream Canelo’s next eleven fights on DAZN platforms throughout the world with DAZN paying a minimum of $365 million for the honor. DAZN will also stream an unspecified number of less prominent Golden Boy fight cards during the five-year contract term and otherwise dispose of rights to Alvarez’s fights in countries where it doesn’t have a streaming platform.

Canelo’s purse for fighting Fielding was $15 million. His pay for future outings will depend upon the opponent and various benchmarks regarding DAZN’s performance. The minimum purse for each of these fights (likely to be contested on Cinco de Mayo and Mexican Independence Day weekends) will be $35 million."

Just read the article, read any article on it, it's 365 mil minimum. Looks like Fielding was a "warm up" for 15 mil and the rest was 35mil a fight for 10 pieces expected to be fighting on key Mexican holidays unlike the Fielding fight. Benchmark dependant income = bonuses.

Stop adding your own personal twist to it.

Contracts are the last thing to get sent. They go through quite a few drafts, etc. Prior to the contract is the summary agreement. Prior to that is a term sheet.

Some of you conveniently forget that the whole contract thing died quickly. Hearn said he had a bunch of questions regarding what he was sent and that they were answered.

He went from that to the fight being 70% done.

Went from that to, we can't do the fight in the US.

From that to negotiating one in the UK.

What twist is it? I provided basic math facts you then dug a article that proved what I said as being right it’s based on opponents/subscribers, they going pay him 35mil per fight to fight who after triple g, Andrade, and Jacobs? Sometimes people need to use a little common sense instead of what’s put in the press all the time the deal can climb up to 365 million with the right opponents/subscribers brung to platform the proof is right there in his first fight lesser fighter equals lesser guarantee purse

Can you read the parts where it says MINIMUM 365 mil, MINIMUM 35 mil a fight?

Do you know what the word MINIMUM means? (No it's not just a small mother)

Sometimes you need to just accept you're wrong.

Deontay Wilder is not taking a flat fee for a fight of this magnitude. Especially not after what transpired last year.
                hahaha

Imagine how much money Joshua-Wilder makes internationally? Why would you ever take a $40m flat fee?

The devil is always in the details. Without knowing that DAZN's offer specified, I can't form an opinion one way or another. I would hope that subject is touched on during Tuesday's presser.
