What I find weird on here is the incessant desire to post something that insights argument and the ease at which reasonable perspectives get ignored for the sake of narrative promotion. I expect the racist posts, i get the nationalistic pride, I even understand the urge to jump the gun on some things.
Why do people say things like "you guys", and "all of you"? Why is it only spin for some people when the perspective differs or seems to favor a fighter they don't like.
What is weird is that certain people can't accept that their opinion or perview on a situation isn't the "right" or "correct" way of viewing a situation. Its an opinion for Christ's sake!
Edit: What's also weird is how people make posts as if they are somehow a voice of virtue and anyone who disagrees with them is somehow "dumb", "silly", "biased", "being paid". These same folks claim to be boxing fans but seem to not show up on any threads lest they pertain to a certain fighter.Last edited by Ake-Dawg; 03-18-2019, 12:41 PM.Comment

Dazn been over paying everyone they have signed to try and get subscribers in the USA why wouldn’t they over pay the biggest u.s born star atm hopefully wilder touch on how much exactly offer was and who was part of dealNobody is going to pay Wilder $100m to fight 3 bums, so AJ fight/fights had to be in that deal, or any $100m deal. The only HW capable of earning $30m a fight without fighting AJ, is AJ himself.
If the AJ fight wasn’t in the deal as some Wilder fanboys have claimed in this thread, then how ****** do you have to be to turn down $100m of free cash to fight 3 bums when you’ve been fighting them for $2-$3m a time anyway? Can someone making this claim explain why you’d refuse that deal and why it would make sense?Comment

There has to be a very good reason for why Wilder declined a 100 million offer. Maybe they said Joshua would get way more money than he would in their fight & he felt disrespected. I don’t think Wilder should get 50/50 in their fight but something like 65/35 or 60/40 is very reasonable. I have a feeling that they were just going to offer Wilder a large flat fee but no to hardly no % of the gate/PPV money. Hopefully we find out all the details tomorrow.Comment

I have come to believe that Wilder (who I like) is motivated by keeping a steady and a fairly sized cash flow coming in his direction. He's not going to fight dangerous fights without big enough rewards and if he doesn't sign with DAZN then it will be because it is not in his best interests financially. So what I'm saying is he is not really a risk taker which disappoints me.Comment

The $100 million three fight deal is maybe not what he is really being offered. If it really is true (which I doubt) then I'd agree he's a fool to turn it down.At least you’re consistent in your views which can’t be said for the majority of the wilder fan base. The difference is after aj turned down the 50 million negotiations were still ongoing and an agreement was reached after. But rejecting a 100 mil 3 fight deal when you make about 3 mil a fight is ridiculousComment

Literally no one is saying that apart from a couple of you posters on here.
All the evidence and reporters say he is getting it as a minimum there is nothing that says he isn't you are just embarrassing yourself being argumentative for the sake of it.Comment

Pretty clear that one side wants the fight and one doesn't. Hearn has done all he can do, DAZN has done all they could do, but Wilder is still ducking.Comment

I think deontay at total peace right now.he's done dealing with hearn an a.j until they get serious.first u destroy ur integrity by refusing the 50 million which u asked for lol.and then u continue 2 send offers 2 deontay knowing good an well it's 50/50 or nothing.so stop with d back an forth trying 2 make him look bad.then again maybe this is all for publicity.hearn is a marketing genius I'll give him that lolComment
