He ain't talkin' to nobody. If you see any movement, that's probably a life-threatening convulsion of sorts.Comment

That's a good point. I've only been out cold once but that was from a chokehold, and it took a minute to figure out where I was again. I've been hit real hard and seeing stars, concussed or whatever, but never out cold. When you put it like that, then yeah, it makes sense that Fury must not have been properly 'out' but only dazed, at most. If it's properly 'lights out', it makes sense that there's no way you're gonna beat the count
I retract what I said before, of having seen fighters 'out cold' beat the count. They can't have been out cold, if what you're saying is right. I have seen fighters fall like a sack of shit, and then seemingly 'come to'... but I suppose, like you're saying, they weren't out "completely cold"Comment

awesome stuffNah, not having this. Go back and watch Holmes Vs Shavers 1.
It's a mistake to say any other ref would have stopped it in the last round of a title fight which Fury was winning; many a ref would have issued a count, if only as a formality.
Either you agree with "British" stoppages or you don't; you can't spend your life complaining about them and then demand one when it suits Wilder.
Wilder landed his money punch and the man got up. Twice.
Each time he got up and gave Wilder fits. If he'd been knocked half dead how does that happen? Why couldn't the most "dangerous puncher in heavyweight history" finish him off? It's not as if Fury was hanging on for dear life is it?
Having soundly outboxed Wilder as well as weathering his hardest punches, it makes no sense for Fury to be afraid of him. Arum is doing what Arum does as a promoter, rightly or wrongly.

Good video! Nice looking out!https://www.instagram.com/p/Bq_V5z9gB-o/?hl=en
In his heart, Fury knows what happened.
This is an admission from him, finally, that he lost.

Thread starter is an idiot. A ko is when a fighter cant get up before 10 seconds. Just cause other refs would have waved it off doesnt make it the right call. The ref counted till 10 and fury made the count and proceeded to rock wilder a few times after. I've been out like a light switch before from a seizure and trust me when u wake up you're not yourself and it takes a couple minutes to get your head clear. Theres no way you could continue fighting like that. If fury was out he would have gotten dropped andkod right after.Comment

Yeah, with all due respect to the gentleman on here who kept preaching the powers of human recovery (Ray? Rexy? Apologies for being a senile old git, you were vindicated by Fury's showing), I do find it hard to believe that Fury was in top condition.Comment
