That makes no sense at all. GGG's ribs held up for 24 rounds with Canelo at 160. Canelo is a natural middleweight and not a 168 pounder and he probably weighs no more on fight night or punches harder at 168 than he does at 160. GGG is also famous for his body punching with many body punch KOs and he is just as big naturally as Canelo. 160 or 168 it's the same fight.

No, in 168 GGG will be slower than in 160, Canelo too, but he has more tools and in 168 he looked stronger than in 160.

Canelo is way better punching to the body than GGG that never wanted to land those body shots in the fight against Canelo because the counters skills of Canelo.

Mark my words, in 168 Canelo will destroy the ribs of GGG and beat him by tko in 10 rounds.

it shouldnt matter though! if ggg really felt he won, get back in there like marquez did against pac! marquez wasnt complaining about the pay, he wanted a chance to get a shot at manny instead! he took less for that shot. it didnt matter to him.

ggg shouldnt be playing this type of game at this point in his career. fighting canelo again will make him the most money anyways even if they give him shiiety split, it'll prolly still be more than what he'll make against someone else.
