Kovalev though his resume just continues to look worse and worse.
Of course some will argue he ruined those fighters but lets be fair they were simply noway near as good as people first thought (Cleverly, Sillakh to a degree, Agnew) or they were there for the taking (B-Hop and Pascal).
I think Kovalev achieved more and has the deeper resume but GGG might just have the better win in Jacobs.
