Will we ever see a heavyweight champion under 6ft again?

Was thinking about this while watching Creed 2. Adonis is 5'10 210lbs, and a big deal is made about how much smaller he is than Drago who is 6'4 240lb, but in real life Drago would be considered a small heavyweight. Will we ever see a real heavyweight champion (major belt / lineal) who is under 6ft again?

I'm pretty sure a below six feet heavyweight champion has been a rare thing throughout the history of the sport. Who has there been? Marciano, Tyson, Roy Jones and maybe a few others? It's always going to be rare, kind of like a six feet featherweight champion, which I think was only done by Sandy Saddler.

I suppose the real question on this subject is, do people think guys like Tyson and Frazier can't beat modern heavyweights, or do they think that guys like Tyson and Frazier are so rare that we just need to wait for another one to pop up?

The height, and more significantly reach, are huge advantages.

But I could definitely see a smaller fighter being dominant despite those disadvantages.

Probably the biggest issue is the weight. The big boys can carry 250+ pounds and still move. At 6 foot you're going to struggle to match that mass without being a cube.

We are in the age of the Super heavyweight. So I will have to say the answer is no. How many 5'10 - 6'0 ft, 260lbs heavyweights can anyone think of; Not many?
