Oscar has already stated, any fighter that is potential opponent for Canelo doesn't have to sign to DAZN. He said Hearn doesn't speak for them and he with deal with an opponent like always has. They would have to fight on DAZN but it would be a one fight thing just like he's done with other fighters.

Do any of you slowboys know who I'm talking about?

      Here's a couple of clues:

Jermall Charlo, WBC interim MW champion and mandatory challenger.

      Canelo Alvarez, WBC MW champion.
When the fuuck has Canelo or his team came out and flat out said they will not fight Charlo? Especially with not an opponent or tv nothing.

If anything he should be saying keep our options open. Unlike pussie g Canelo has a excellent resume at 28.

Charlo smokes pussie g. You, me lil g and his team know that. Fuuck that pussie

Canelo ripped his heart out & it was a chicken sized heart encrusted full o yellow pīss...

Thanks. It's not that I am a Golovkin fanboi - just that there is a lack of even handedness on this site. Far too many with agendas - posters, people who don't even know Golovkin or any other mw for that matter, were jealous of all his success and the fact he got to fight Canelo twice earning him multi-millions. How can you be jealous of somebody you don't know?
Is he a hypocrite? Did he say he'd fight anyone 154-168? I think it was Sanchez who said that. Until he 'ducked' D'Chenko he fought everyone put in front of him unless you want to believe that Ward was ever a viable option, despite all his inactivity and needing warmups once active again.
Ward is a bad luck story made true. He sued his promoter and kept losing in court and then his one stroke of luck was his promoter died! So he got free. But then HBO stitched him up and said you're not disrupting our GGG project and by that stage it was obvious that 1/ Ward had trouble making 168 and 2/ both Canelo's and Golovkin's paths were going to mesh for a mega payout worth far more to all concerned than any Ward-Golovkin fight.

          • Nice questions from the interviewer. Exposed Loeffler a bit. GGG needs to ditch him at this point

              • No respect for lil g. A fight with Charlo could be huge on FOX but lil g just wants easy touches. We saw last night why he swerve his ibf mando to fight pathetic Vanes.

WBC after loeffler begged them tried to help him mandating a eliminator fight with Charlo and GGG but they shook as phuk and won't take that fight. ESPN has no 160 fighters. The obvious play is to sign with DAZN stay in the canelo sweepstakes and fight for one of their belts DAZN also throwing around the most money right now. But it's GGG who don't like tough fights so he will sign to ESPN and fight a bum not Charlo and not 1 of the title holders. LMAO
Signing with DAZN is just Hearn talking his bs. Oscar already checked Hearn and said Hearn doesn't speak for him or Canelo. Oscar said any potential opponent for Canelo will deal with only GB and they don't have to sign to DAZN to fight Canelo. The fight would be on DAZN but it would be a one fight thing like they have done with Canelos other opponents. Oscar is trying to make the best fights and not trying to stop them by saying they have to sign to DAZN. That's the difference between Oscar and Hearn, nobody is listening to Hearn because he's forcing fighters to sign deals with DAZN to fight his fighters.

                  • I do think Golovkin vs Jermall Charlo is a money fight. Fans are hungry for these types of fights. It's unfortunate that a promoter of a fighter who have been the constant topic of conversation don't see it that way. This fight could actually prove his star power and not depend on Canelo all the freaking time.

You're a promoter. You're supposed to promote fights. Fights that fans actually want.

Canelo is a bigger star now than then, as proven by his new deal. The WBC is not stripping him again and repeating that mistake and especially because Charlo has very little momentum at MW - much less than unified titlist GGG had back then.
we wont know that until we get there...
if he marks nelo and ggg as ducks to mandated wbc fights in the same year that is a tell all.
