Most 10 counts go for 12 seconds .

I never said I wanted to reverse anything the wbc and wba did I said that would seem fair. I also never said anything about 10 seconds I said count...the 10 seconds are a benchmark for the count, you can clearly see Douglas hit the canvas and count to 3 when the referee starts his count.
