As an alternative the state of Massachusetts should still sanction the bout but the WBO should disqualify BJS from defending the belt and put the title on the line just for Demetrius Andrade in a one-sided title bout in case Boo Boo wins.

I'm not a fan of Saunders even though he is British and a very good boxer, but I read the substance was ok outside of competition? Is that not the case?

Money talks in this instance because my expectation is Warren talks to Hearn privately and offers him, Andrade a good amount of money to publicly support the 'fight should go ahead narrative'. If Hearn and Warren, Andrade and BJS, all say to the media and the commission 'it was within the rules, move along nothing to see here' then the commission will accept that.

BJS is getting 2.5M for this fight isn't he? He can afford to give up a few hundred K in a brown envelope to ensure Andrade is still happy to face him. A boxer who was only set for a 100K purse who failed a test couldn't do that. Seat numbers of whatever tangent you want to go off on, BJS and Warren have the money to settle this in a way a low level fighter couldn't.
