It's inevitable. Billy Joe Saunders is toast. He's going to be stripped. Now whether the fight still goes on between himself and Demetrius Andrade is still up for debate.

It's up to the Massachusetts Boxing Athletic Commission whether or not they still want to sanction that bout which is highly unlikely because he is currently unlicensed by them and has to apply for one. However as far as him defending the WBO belt that ship has sailed.

The title will probably remain vacant or only Andrade will be eligible to win it.

But rules are rules and if the WBO strip him then it's his own fault.

That **** Billy took is 10x stronger then clenbuterol and is out ya system in 24hrs says victor conte

If we don't see Andrade vs. Kautondokwa that is an injustice.

Seems Saunders can do anything he wants inside or outside the ring and he just gets away with it. Pathetic.

What happened to the ‘pass’ BJS received for ingesting an legal out of competition substance?

From what I've read he should get a license from the Massachusetts board because they follow WADA rules and under those the substance is allowed out of competition.

The WBO may take a different line. Saunders promoter has a lot of sway with them, much may come down to the lawyers. My guess is the fight goes ahead.

Two things that I find confusing and wonder if any US posters could advise as I think Vada is American?

Why is a private company, VADA, setting different criteria than those adopted globally via WADA and thus nationally via UKAD or USADA?

Why does Victor Conte appear to be an accepted authority on this now and is it true he's actually linked to Vada and should be declaring an interest? Full disclosure, I despise the little fat cheat for what he's done to professional sports and seeing him being interviewed, presumably for money and then quoted as if he's some oracle rather than a cheating tub of lard that should never be in pro sports again turns my stomach!

Seems the group that's making the most noise about Saunder's dirty urine just happens to be the organization owed by Canelo's promoter.

As anyone who watched Chris Eubank fighting bin men and nightclub bouncers in the 90s can attest...

UKAD are corrupt and inept, they’ve allowed both Fury’s to fight whilst testing positive for nandrolone.
