An American champion fighting an Englishman in England is a bad idea. The American likely won't get fair scoring if the fight goes the distance. English referees are famous for stopping fights way too early when the visiting fighter is not hurt much just to give the Englishman a KO win. Wilder could try to get neutral judges and referee but it's still a bad idea. It's better as champion to make the Englishman come to America and be at a disadvantage. That's why AJ says Wilder must come to England to fight him, probably with English judges and referee.
