    1-whyte is not his mandatory

2-he will get far more fighting fury
3-why the hell does he need to fight Whyte anyway when he wants to unify with Joshua?? How do you as a boxing fan support this trash..Hearn even tried to use Chisora as a road block for crying out loud

Nah, why? Because he didn’t fight Breazeale neither. He went on to fight Ortiz and now he is fighting Fury. I can accept that decision not to fight Whyte due to those reasons.

if hearn would have included aj in the deal wilder would have fought him, hearn said NO. that's the answer....... the question is why did hearn say NO and why do fans support it. he fought Ortiz and now is fighting fury how in the hell is Whyte become this guy worthy of ducking? hes a decent fighter but its time for the UK fans to stop and calm down. AJ is not that great and Whyte is very average. get off the high horse. We are happy for you but gee wizz

Eddie Hearn ****ed his fighter out of a chance to fight Wilder in order to keep all the money for a Joshua vs Whyte rematch. He can't afford for Whyte to lose again without making a Joshua fight. After that he would send Whyte out to the wolves. Sucks but Hearn is going to maximize his potential on any big names especially if he can get an inhouse fight, Jacobs vs Andrade if both wins and then a rematch after as long as neither gets knocked out. That's what's best for business.

              Apparently.
If Wilder says, "Give me what I want, and I don't have to fight for 2 years."
              Then he's ducking.

All I know is that Hearn offered Wilder $74 Million to face Dillian Whyte!

Wilder didn't want to fight Whyte because he didn't want to jump through one of Hearn's hoops.

Hearn was playing a game, trying to make it seem as if Whyte would be a step up for Wilder when in reality he'd be a step down.
This would give Hearn a major edge in negotiations.

Instead Wilder has taken on 2 much better opponents in Ortiz & Fury, Ortiz was an even a bigger risk, lower (cash) reward than Whyte. That Ortiz fight did give Wilder much more respect than a win over Whyte would.

Hearn wanted Wilder to fight AJ for that 15 million flat fee or whatever it was, now a win over Fury makes that number at the very least double.

Whyte made second mandatory (behind Brezeale)

Wilder said public “Whyte go fight Ortiz then I’ll fight you”

Eddie Hearn offered Wilder $8m to fight Whyte - with aim to build up Joshua fight - but wouldn’t include AJ in contract

Whyte direct messaged wilder saying he will fight Ortiz if wilder will fight him next. Wilder responds saying he will avoid Whyte for as long as he can, at least two years after he becomes mandatory.

                    ..

So what’s your view, did wilder duck Whyte? Was he right too? Did he consider Whyte too risky to gamble his title?
                    He clearly never ducked Whyte.

Whyte turned down a WBC final eliminator that would’ve have GUARANTEED him a shot at Wilder.

                    That says it all...

You can't duck Whyte in order to fight Luis Ortiz, then try to make a fight against Joshua, and then wind up fighting Tyson Fury instead.

It doesn't make any rational or logical sense.

All 3 people named are bigger and better fights then Whyte.
