Hearn was asked if the 50 million was being agreed to in principle and if the meeting was to hammer out the smaller details. Hearn said no, the 50 million hadn't been agreed to in principle and he wanted to discuss other scenarios. Finkel wasn't willing to discuss other scenarios, so he refused to meet.
Thank you for your uneducated amateur opinion. Finkel is the most successful manager in the history of heavyweight boxing and Haymon is the most successful manager in the history of boxing. Maybe their thoughts on what a serious business person would do should carry more weight than yours.Serious business person will at least hear what the other side has to say and dialogue as business partners, rather they went into oblivion for 3 days without traces.Comment

Hearn went on and on about how Joshua vs Fury would be the biggest fight in the history of the UK, suddenly Wilder snags the fight and AJ's sheep must pretend the fight doesn't matter. Very convenient.
Outside of your internet bubble, there are only three heavyweights the world cares about. Joshua, Wilder and Fury. In that order. Nobody outside of the UK will care about AJ's fights unless he's fighting Wilder or Fury.Comment

In several interviews.
You're not making any sense. Wilder isn't the one putting up the 50 million. Showtime is. Your opponent doesn't guarantee your purse for a major PPV. The network does. How can a fighter that has 50mil be fighting for 1.5mil? How does it sound logically?
Further, you have no idea what Wilder fights for. His actual compensation isn't disclosed.Comment

Lolx.... And you are the most successful spokes man in the HW division.Hearn was asked if the 50 million was being agreed to in principle and if the meeting was to hammer out the smaller details. Hearn said no, the 50 million hadn't been agreed to in principle and he wanted to discuss other scenarios. Finkel wasn't willing to discuss other scenarios, so he refused to meet.

You always write like a ******.
A business partner flew from the UK to NY and you think running away is the best professional approach. I used to think you were a wise man.Comment

Am sure you write for over 80k UK fans that leave the comfort of their homes to come watch their champ fight?Hearn went on and on about how Joshua vs Fury would be the biggest fight in the history of the UK, suddenly Wilder snags the fight and AJ's sheep must pretend the fight doesn't matter. Very convenient.

This is a lie. They weren't business partners.
Hearn was putting on an event in NY. The Wilder fight had nothing to do with why he was in town.flew from the UK to NY
Nobody ran. There was nothing to meet about. It wasn't my approach. It was the approach of Finkel and Haymon. Are you claiming they're not wise men?and you think running away is the best professional approach. I used to think you were a wise man.Comment

Congratulations to AJ on being very popular in the UK.
Being very popular in the US is far more lucrative. He prefers safer fights at home for less money. Good for him. It's his life.Comment

Wilder fight for nothing but 1.5mil. His stock raised to 2.1mil against Ortiz cos of the roars of AJ.In several interviews.
