Hearn asked the WBO not to recognize Povetkin as their mandatory so that he could use the excuse that Whyte is a mandatory fight. The WBO over and over said Povetkin was the mandatory, then completely changed their story and claimed he wasn't their mandatory so that Whyte could be the mandatory instead.

Hearn says it's a much bigger fight. The biggest in UK history. Specifically said it's bigger than the Klitschko fight. Of course Wilder is going to want a two fight deal.Comment

So Hearn is lying about Joshua vs. Wilder being bigger than Joshua vs. Klitschko?
I'm not sure if you know how money works, but Klitschko packing stadiums is irrelevant if AJ vs. Wilder generates more revenue than AJ vs. Klitschko did.
Hearn says AJ vs. Wilder is the biggest fight in UK history. Is he lying?Comment

Is Wilder anywhere close to the draw Klitschko was? No. Stop being ******. If anything Klitschko was a bigger worldwide draw than Joshua at the time, certainly known more than Joshua. Comparing Wilder to Klitschko in popularity is insane. So Hearn is lying about Joshua vs. Wilder being bigger than Joshua vs. Klitschko?

You didn't answer the question. Is Hearn lying about the fight being bigger? The numbers suggest he isn't.
If Klitschko was a bigger draw than Joshua at the time, why was Klitschko the B-side and why did Joshua get the higher split?
The big money is in the US. Klitschko usually struggled in the US. Joshua vs Klitschko wasn't on PPV in the US. Joshua vs Wilder would be on US PPV. It's a bigger fight that will generate more money.Comment
