Okay, he'd maybe need a little longer to get in shape

I refer to them as the middleweights the same way I refer to the welterweights. Look at the S YOUNGIN its inclusive not exclusive. Welterweights include jr.welter and welter same with the middleweights YOUNGIN. Please Please read more carefully YOUNGIN before you criticize YOUNGIN.

Yet time and time again Floyd is the one getting bashed for not fighting Hatton or Cotto, and is being blamed for "ducking."

Nope. That would be for not fighting Margarito.

              re deliveryman:
it seemed that ricky was simply going through promotional problems at the time. it seems that many members on this board are polarised between mayweather turning down fights and hatton turning down fights.

many are also convinced that you have to fight in the US to prove yourself when in fact, it is the countries outside the US that are providing us with the best fighters.

hatton still has a lot to prove but he has proved more at the 140 lb weight then Floyd has. that is for sure.

I don't see any problem in this fight not happening immediately. Let Hatton fight his mandatory first then by next year there will be no more excuses.

It's clear that Team PBF exerted an effort to make it happen but team Hatton declined. Wright vs Margarito is under works so who's left for PBF? The winner of Gatti/Valdomir match.

can we get a callazo rematch? he still needs to convince me and many other people that he actually won that fight.

There was an article a little while ago that said Hatton would only fight PBF at 147 and Cotto at 140.
