My understanding is Hatton's team is interested right now, but they're asking for a whomping $13M. Not a typo and I'm not sure hatton would get that much for De La Hoya, so it's pretty clear they're not interested.

Stop throwing smoke screens and get to the matter at hand. Hatton doesn't want to fight PBF (atleast not right now). The thing is even at 140lbs Hatton's Camp wanted tune-ups before being ready for PBF.

Stop denying the facts and realize that everything Floyd has said about wanting to fight for the right money and wanting to fight anyone, he is totally contradicting himself when it comes to Margarito. I'm not denying the fact that Hatton may not want to fight him right now. I'm not even a Hatton fan. I am saying that if people are saying that Hatton is avoiding Floyd, you can't deny that Floyd is avoiding Marg and Floyd has coasted along for long enough. Not trying to , but Cotto does not get destroyed by them. I think Cotto beats Gatti or Baldomir at 147 and a fight against Ricky would be a pick-em (though I'd root for Cotto, obviously).

Baldy is too slow for Cotto and he would box circles around him; Gatti is old and gets hit too much for someone with Cotto's power; and, Ricky is usually there to get hit, as well. So, stop hatin' on Cotto's skills just because he's Puerto Rican or because you don't like him personally.

I have previously stated that if PBF fights someone other than Margarito and gets less for that fight than the 8 million he would receive for fighting Margarito then I would agree with you in concluding that PBF is avoiding Margarito.

PBF can't have it both ways, he can't say its all about the name and legacy as one reason for not fighting Margarito and then say it's because Margarito doesn't bring enough draw and enough money.

He is either fighting for the big money fights or fighting for his legacy he can't have it both ways all the time.

That 8 mill is for two fights, with a rematch clause stuck in there. The fight with margo should be winner take all, no rematch clause. Arum is a scheisty fella very tricky and greedy. PBF is peaking right now his next two fights should be baldo and mosley after that de la hoya and margo
