I agree with you. The funny thing is I have heard you and myself criticise AJ for some of his feeble antics during negotiations and his meek demeanour when constantly being attacked by Wilder. Some of Eddie’s antics has also been shady but for Americans( not all admittedly but most) to see no fault in Team Wilder dealings is shocking to say the least

I think i have seen only ONE single poster (From these sudden Wilder fanatics) criticise Team Wilder in all of this saga. And that poster kinda grit his teeth to mention one thing that he thought they did wrong.I agree with you. Everything is all Team Joshua's fault, am sorry but it takes two to make a fight like that and if you really think only one side is to blame then you are the epitome of a fan boy.
The fact that Joshua has taken risks in his short career and Wilder only did after like 35 fights and probably 2 risks in 40 fights (In almost 10 years) tells me all i need to know.Comment

The fact that Eddie makes me long for the old man says everything I need to know. No one is criticizing Wilder because he was clearly willing to take the fight at a reduced rate. None of these guys are worth a damn heavyweights but its what we got. Of these not worth a damn heavyweights, Wilder is the only one with ****** knockout power. Terrible skills, I mean terrible but he has a live right hand. If you don't think that scares these trainers (one of whom I've talked to who had a belt holder up until recently) basically said look, all these guys have incredible flaws and they are average skill guys but Wilder has true power and that is scary. Time will tell if AJ/Wilder ever comes to fruition but Eddie honestly needs to shut up about it. He's got povetkin which won't be easy and wilder has fury. Why would wilder's team want to negotiate an April date before we know the outcome of that fight? Makes no negotiating sense.Comment

I respect what you are saying but which trainers do you believe are scared of Wilder’s power out of curiosity? Just because you deliberated with a trainer that does what exactly does that prove? Furthermore name me fighters that truly have knockout power that have not been defeated at some stage in their career. The fact that Eddie makes me long for the old man says everything I need to know. Usyk schooled a fighter that had unbelievable power. I agree Wilder has scary power but if you couple that with he doesn’t know how to box and his power is just in his straight right hand any good trainer would fancy the idea of their charge nullifying his strengths and formulating a great game plan. Not sharing his fears in big punchers. What kind of stable of fighters does he have? It is no wonder his fighter lost his belt if he has that mindsetComment

Thank you. I've said something very similar in the past but it seems to just fall on deaf ears.He only agreed if the fight took place next. Once Hearn admitted it wouldn't be next, Wilder walked away. He's said publicly numerous times he's no longer interested in the fight, will never fight for a flat fee, and he's not interested in the fight unless it's 50/50.
Clearly Wilder isn't worth 50/50 right now, so he's going to try to raise his profile, win the lineal world heavyweight championship, and make himself worth 50/50.
There's no need to respond to the flat fee contract when he's already made his demands clear.Comment

Thank you for your input you little weasel . The whole “We” thing is a tongue in cheek comment. I’m flattered the way you peruse over my comments. In any case it’s just banter like when I bragged and said we ,as in Brook is coming to the states to smash Shawn porter.
I refer to Errol Spence as my boy. Do you know I have a confession to make, he is not really my son. Why are you Americans so highly strung. Just fall back and don’t make my business your business.
You are not really a weasel as I don’t know you. There you are I’m not trying to be toughComment

Why do you assume I'm from the US? Guess what? I'm from the UK. You've clearly drawn battle lines based on nationality, exposing your agenda in the process.Thank you for your input you little weasel . The whole “We” thing is a tongue in cheek comment. That’s a obvious statement.. which is why it makes no sense to bring up dream fights.. time is immortal.. a boxers time in the light is but a fraction in comparison to time.. u could of said a recent time.. david tua.. or a present over the hill shannon briggs.. anytime u start messing with time.. its extraneous.. irrelevant.. and is only used to discredit a fighter in the present fir whatever reason.. Wilder went to the olympics got a broze medal.. obviously the man can box.. yawl just find a reason to hate the man. An to clarify, Wilder broke his hand rd 3 stiverne.. also.. Stiverne was never the same. An the rematch went viral.I agree with the bold
and nobody said Wilder was incapable of knocking anybody out
Wilder has a great 1/2, quick and accurate, he would be a dangerous opponent for anyone..... but like I said, fighters back in the day seemed to be more well-rounded and more well-schooled..... Stiverne went the distance, you better believe a lot of those tough old-school fighters would have as wellLast edited by 5000boxing; 08-30-2018, 10:46 AM.Comment
