Stop playing silly semantic games. Nobody is talking about AJ being stripped for failing to strike a deal with Povetkin voluntarily except you.

He would have been stripped for the same reason the IBF stripped GGG - failing to comply with a direct order that he must fight his mandatory challenger next.

Did the IBF have to order a purse bid before they stripped GGG? Of course not, so stop talking garbage.

I don't need to prove anything.

You are the one making outragous claims that Hearn was lying to the WBA, to Povetkin, to Ryabinski, to Finkel, to Haymon, to Wilder, and to every reporter who ever asked him about it, by saying that the contract he sent Wilder back in July was for a fight this year.

You are the one who needs to provide proof, not me.

But even Hearn himself admits nothing in the contract guaranteed the fight would be next. All he's said is he intended for it to be next, but he never offered anything legally binding.

GGG was stripped for refusing to fight his mandatory. Had he not refused, they would have held a purse bid.

AJ wasn't refusing. If the deadline passes, then you order a purse bid. Unlike the IBF, the WBA will still put unification in front of mandatory after a purse bid has been ordered. There was time for Wilder to sign Friday. Hearn simply didn't want to do the fight next.

Nothing legally binding? Are fcking serious?

And if Wilder had signed the contract, and Hearn had then told him, and Finkel, and the WBA, and Povetkin, and Ryabinsky, that he'd been lying to all of them when he said the unification fight would happen next, and he'd really been planning to have it April 2019 all along.. would that have been legally binding?

Would Wilder have had no choice but to fight AJ in 2019, for a $15million flat fee, after being tricked into signing a contract to do it?

Please give me your expert opinion on that .. I'm dying to hear it!

Golovkin did not refuse to fight his mando. He did exactly the same thing as AJ did with the WBA, which is ask for an exception to the mandatory order so he could fight somebody else first.

Don't know what you guys are still arguing about.
Finkel already admitted he didn't respond in a timely manner when he said he would’ve met the deadline had he been given one.

The WBA was waiting, Ryabinsky was waiting, Povetkin was waiting.
Wilder team didn't give a fck.

But this WBC WBA IBF poster had to do damage control and brainwash everybody with his Hearn is a liar narrative.
I knew it when in his earlier posts he was introducing this made up crap that Wilder's team really wanted AJ asap before he gets more experienced and dangerous just to add weight to his lies in advanced.

And after he fought somebody else first, he refused to fight his mando, so he was stripped. He had 90 days to face his mando per the terms of his exception. He didn't live up to that.

Only reason GGG was stripped without a purse bid is because he told the IBF he wasn't going to take the fight, so there was no reason for a purse bid.

The four corners of the contract are what's binding. Hearn said he was trying to make the fight next, but promised nothing. Said to give him a few days for a definite date. Few days went by and he said April. Had Wilder been dumb enough to sign without any assurances the fight was next, that's his problem.
