I still believe Wilder's right hand is a myth. Until he fights and clears out Joshua, and other HWs in the division

Lots of people disagreeing but Richardson has one of the best minds boxing so always good to hear him explain his views. Would've liked to hear him compare a few more names but there's logic in what he says, Wilder started with just power, then had to play catchup in every other department, whereas Tyson was highly skilled as a teenager. But although Foreman was a better am than Wilder, he was still wild and sloppy with a lot of his attacks. Marciano and Shavers also were raw when they turned pro and had to learn on job like Wilder has.

For one punch power I feel like you have to have Wilder top 10 in history. Shavers is #1 but nothing disrespectful about having modern fighters over older ones even if they're legends. Tua had one of the best left hooks in HW history even if he never won a belt. Most of the hardest punchers have come along since 1960.

Watching clips of anyone can be misleading, every big puncher has knocked guys cold but also had durable opponents who soaked up bombs and took them rounds. But Wilder has shown fight changing power multiple times, yes the level of competition matters, which is why I wouldn't have him number 1, but he's in the discussion as there aren't 10 guys I can think of who hit harder with 1 shot.

And I guess you & these other AJ fanatics are more knowledgeable about boxing than Naazim?

If you fight a bum, you knock them out. When you knock out every person you’ve fought for 40 fights, bums or not, you’ve got some freakish power. I concur with Naazim. Foreman unloaded everything, in his prime, and Ali took it.

what about those of us that are fans of both and still feel his opinion that Wilder hits harder than Foreman is beyond ridiculous? and he's just a man, he can be wrong. Boxing "experts" are exposed all the time and many of them are completely delusional when it comes to discussing fighters they work with.

That guy is wild but don't let that punch lay cleanly. The hard part is all heavyweights burn out and once your hands drops you could get caught.

and I feel Audley Harrison's left hand was probably comparable to Wilder's right, think on that for a moment.

Its always funny watching people fall for the pseudo-mystical bullshit of 'brother naz'.

You can tell who the most gullible posters are, the ones most likely to join a cult or lose all their money in a ponzi scheme, by who is the most in awe of 'brother naz'.

I like Wilder. I like AJ too. I don't buy into the whole negotiation crap, choosing one side or the other as the good guy and the bad guy. I just want to see them fight.

So I am not a hater of Wilder. I like him. I even cheered him for whooping Zelenoff. But his resume is very poor, and he hasn't been tested properly yet. He has heavy hands, we all can see that, but until he proves himself against a few really good fighters, then saying 'best puncher in history' is idiotic.

But of course, if 'brother naz' says incredibly ****** things, you should watch who rushes to defend him. Watch those posters closely. When you get the chance, try to sign them up for a ponzi scheme. At least then they will provide some value.
