This ****** fucking moron refuses to admit that Wilder had previously agreed to all the terms that Team Joshua and Matchroom Boxing had offered him until their bait and switch tactic for a fight in April of 2019; Which presumably was supposed take place sometime this year in the month of September but Matchroom Boxing lied.

That's why they kept fucking with the contract without giving any specifics or definitive answers to the logistics of the contract. They were bluffing all along and the more Team Wilder kept calling their bluff the more they kept moving the goal post; Especially after Deontay Wilder had agreed to all of the terms of the contract with more bullshit lies after bullshit lies.

First, with Joshua can't fight at Wembley in September because of GGG/Canelo, But now he is fighting Povetkin in the same month at Wembley, Secondly Joshua needs a 12 week training camp because 8 weeks is not enough for a fight of this magnitude but yet he is training for Povetkin on just your typical 8 week training camp and lastly, the WBA has ordered a 24 hour deadline to finalize a Povetkin/Joshua bout that took another three weeks to finalize which was another goddamned lie.

It's just more stalling and excuse after excuse from Team Joshua. They never wanted this fight so soon. They felt pressured into a face saving posture to make it happen in order to appease the fans. They always wanted to push this bout back as far as possible.

If I was Deontay Wilder I was just say to Hell with them and that them and their mothers could both kiss his Black ass.

I really believe wilders knows he won’t get 50/50 if they fight in the U.K. I just think he is saying that cause he is frustrated on how these negotiations went. I do however think 60/40 is fair .

I think it's funny that a promoter would speak on a fighter he doesn't promote in that manner. Particularly when your fighter may be in negotiations with the fighter you're calling greedy in the future.

Wilder was offered 30 to 33% of a Wembley fight ($15 million) and Parker got something in the range of $6 or 7 million i.e not 35%. Wilder has priced himself out of a UK fight, the fight happens in October next year when it can be done in Vegas and Wilder will do in house PBC fights against Breazeale and Ortiz.

Wilder isn't trying to steal shit. It was Anthony Joshua who demanded and then turned down a career high $50 mil pay day not Deontay Wilder.

Bloody hell we still going there? So much has happened since that. I call it as I see it I’m a Joshua fan but we looked sheepish and Joshua excuse for not getting a career pay day because he wanted to give back to the fans is bull***** too but it is what it is. The flat fee is a slap in the face but it’s down to Wilder to say it’s not enough. Not agree then procrastinate and posture on signing because then you get Americans that are confused saying Joshua doesn’t want the fight when there is a signed contract on Team Wilder’s desk.

For me give Wilder 30%-35%. A rematch clause and just sign the contract. You and I both know there was no real intention in them signing the contract. Frankly if Team Wilder had his best interest at heart they wouldn’t. Hence the procrastination and posturing. Most of you know this and it’s perfectly unstandable they would be doing a huge disservice to their client. Baring probably Wilder they are doing cartwheels right now. Why can’t you see that?

The sooner Wilder fades into irrelevance, the better. The potential fight is a mismatch anyway as Wilder is merely a hype job in a poor era with a puncher’s chance of beating Joshua who - despite being a 5.5/10 boxer at best - has all the attributes to silence this man permanently.

Higgins has just said what i’ve been thinking: Wilder and his team are looking for a monetary smash and grab and then to get out of boxing as they know he lacks pedigree.

Ok, first of all, calm down. I can practically feel the froth through the screen.

Now I will try to respond to these points.

1) Wasn’t the whole point of not arranging the fight for September not to split the North American market during Canelo-GGG on the biggest Mexican holiday? Presumably, with 2 Europeans fighting, they will have enough dollar coming in from the UK and the former Soviet respectively, won’t they? As opposed to fighting Wilder, who already has a low-ish profile without pitting him against that juggernaut of a fight in the U.S, surely?

2) Re: the 12 week training camp - Since this forum is pro-wilder, most here said that he is the most feared HW around but now you have a problem with Joshua being happy to do a shorter training camp for what most Wilder fans (deludedly) consider to be an inferior fighter in Povetkin? Surely this is a compliment to Wilder who he clearly views as a tougher test? Where’s the contradiction?

3) WBA deadline - from a news article: Today the WBA requested an answer from Anthony Joshua's team regarding his fight with the mandatory challenger Alexander Povetkin.

"It appears the Wilder team have not returned the contract for the fight and therefore we are requesting a date for the Joshua versus Povetkin fight with immediate effect."

The statement reads that they are requesting a “date” for the fight with “immediate effect.” You can have a look through the statement but where does it say that they request a signed contract within a 24 hours?? They said that they wanted and answer and a date.

4) AJ’s team stalling. So what have Wilder’s team been doing then if not stalling?

The 8 week nonsense you have a point. When he initially said I thought why can’t this guy just shut up stop making us look like sheep.However, Wilder vs Joshua ( damn I put Wilders name first but you can have that)is bigger than Joshua vs Povetkin . Whether Joshua fans admit it or not Wilder is a very dangerous individual and just for a fighters psyche you would like a full training camp for probably the toughest fight of his career . ( would probably ideally need to shift a further 7/8 lbs in weight so a full 3 moths is ideal. Povetkin is good but He should really get blasted out of there. Povetkin is not American if I’m not mistaken so it will not be a PPV event for America so hence they can go ahead and fight in September. Similar to Canelo vs GGG not being a PPV for us but Joshua vs Povetkin is
