Hoping this fight does get sorted out in the next few days cause i for one am getting fed up with the lies and crap that gets spilled to the public during the negotiations.

Sometimes as fans of boxing it just feels like were forever waiting for these big fights to be made.
Just get it signed already. Ffs.

You seems scared for you champ.

Money talks, even Parker would prefer another Joshua payday than a Wilder fight.

Wilder should have priced that belt off Parker with any amount. His team really didn’t do too well for his career until Joshua’s name came up, Joshua link to Wilder in the last 13 months has done more for Wilder’s career than anything his team has done for him.

It is a shame really, you have a guy that speaks English, HW, power, talks trash and you wait until he was 32 before doing anything with him!!! They should be ashamed off themselves.
There is money in a Fury fight so if Joshua messes around long enough that could occur.

Parker can still work for Wilder because of how the Joshua fight went, he could try to outdo Joshua and end up fine with that also.

Wilder has done just fine with his career and really it has gone the only way it could be and be successful. Most didn't think he would make it to this point anyway so they did pretty good all things considered.

Wilder's options are limited, fact is all roads lead to Joshua when it comes down to the current heavyweight division. If he wants to make serious money or create some kind of legacy beyond being a paper champion he needs the Joshua fight.

The only other fights that are lucrative for Wilder are Whyte and Povetkin and he's shown no interest in fighting them and even if he did the payday and the prestige pales in comparison to what a win over Joshua would bring.

Sure he could keep on fighting other Haymon fighters like he has been doing all this time, but with his lavish lifestyle he's going to quickly burn through the 1-2 mill paydays that brings and the only reason he is getting as much attention as he is right now is because of this potential super fight and Wilder definitely likes the attention he gets from this proposed fight. If this fight falls through and doesn't look like ever happening and Joshua moves onto Fury, he'll get pushed to the sidelines as all the media focuses on Joshua/Fury. He's only relevant because Joshua is currently relevant.

But on the flip side, the pressure is on Joshua far more to become undisputed. Peoples expectations of him are higher than Wilder. Nobody expects Wilder to go onto become an ATG, he's never shown that potential, too protected, too ungainly looking in the ring, his performances too spotty from being wobbled, dropped by journeymen, out boxed by average skilled boxers like Washington. Joshua on the other hand has the expectations of a nation on his shoulders, while Wilder doesn't have that pressure from the US public as most don't even know who he is.

Hearn being a hypocrite again. Wilder could fight fury. Aj needs wilder too in that case. Last fights against takam, molina, and Parker aren't exactly the stuff dream's are made of. In fact only opposition worth talking about for him was 40 year old klitschko who was coming off a two year gap and loss to fury. And he still put aj on his ass. I digress

Not to mention it wasn't even the ref who called time out, it was the NYSAC DR. who did it, and that must be honored by the ref. Don't expect these dumb dumbs to know that the NYSAC revised the rules including a concussion protocol and extra attention to blows to the head, So when a fighter takes a large amount of damage to the head, the ringside physician (who is an actual doctor who works for NYSAC, not promoters) will signal the ref at the beginning of the following round, whether that fighter was knocked down or not. The rule is directly tied to brain trauma injury suffered by Magomed Abdusalsmov at MSG in 2014, which later resulted in legislation being passed in 2016 that required combat sports staging shows in NY to have a minimum $1 million brain injury insurance coverage per fighter. PFFFFF, casuals, what can you say?

AJ can come and get it. What am I misunderstanding? Wilder has 50 million dollars with AJ's name on it. Wilder is a little skinny guy too. Sounds like easy money for mr muscles.
