The 3rd biggest draw in Boxing doesn't fight at stubhub without selling the place out. I've forgotten more about boxing then what you think you know.

This is all an attempt from team GGG to get another 5%, maybe squeeze out some charity. Canelo needs to hold fast and tell these beggars to kick rocks.

Sure. There are lots of differences. By taking a fight on Cinco de Mayo with a weak opponent GGG definitely proved he is not a big draw. The over the top, hysterical criticism by GGG and Abel Sanchez mocking Alvarez and his team was a big turn off and probably hardened GB's position. More racists came out of the woodwork.
Finally, lots of fans are ready to move on. They would rather see both GGG and Canelo fight other fighters. What is not changed is that GGG continues to stalk Canelo, who has no titles and whom he insists has always been dirty. In the meantime, other worthy challengers are not getting a chance to fight for a championship. As one poster put it, "He is holding the titles hostage."

Agree on 50/59 or 55/45. If Canelo still doesn't want it then fokk him. Let him earn a mandatory shot and the subsequent 80/20 split if he wants a chance to be the champ.

BJS and Murray have the same promoter so they probably could reach a deal to call the fight off in necessary. But it's only 3 weeks away now, and an over the hill Murray is no threat to BJS, so I'm sure it will go ahead as scheduled and we'll see what happens afterwards.

I’m willing to sit down and watch the fight on mute with anyone, which I’ve done alone several times. And I consistently get 7-5 Canelo or a draw. He landed the cleaner, harder shots consistently throughout the fight. Its not against the rules to fight off your back foot. Especially when your opponent isn’t doing anything but following you around the ring getting the hell knocked outta him. That’s a fact that seems to be lost on those that feel GGG clearly won the fight.

7-5 canelo is not a reasonable score. I've seen the fight several times and don't see how anyone can give Canelo more than 4 rounds. 5 if you're feeling generous. 6 or 7 for him is a complete stretch. I'm Unsure where you saw Canelo "knocking the hell" out of ggg but the guy maybe landed 3 meaningful punches the whole Fight. The rest weren't of much substance and by no means were damaging. Canelo was outworked easily.

Canelo should forfeit a piece of the pie just simply off the fact for his drug abuse that sabotaged the rematch TO BEGIN WITH!!

If you only saw Canelo land three significant punches, you’re either blind or dumb. If you’re implying that the punches he landed weren’t of much substance because they didn’t hurt GGG, it further points to Canelo being the rightful winner. Because GGG never hurt Canelo. And most o his connects were jabs and arm punches.

How many fights have GGG had at 164?
