It's pretty simple here. GGG agreed to 65/35 for the rematch. Canelo got popped for cheating and damaged his reputation a bit and could have cheated the first fight. GGG should get a little raise. 60/40 is the perfect compromise. GGG literally cannot get a US PPV fight without Canelo. GGG v Charlo/Jacobs/Saunders. Hell, the Saunders fight would probably land in the UK.

Canelo in any of those fights stages the fight in Vegas and on PPV.

Not to mention, GGG is old and is declining.

Both sides are just waiting for the other to budge. I think Oscar should offer 60/40 as a take it or leave it, and then just stage Canelo v Charlo/Saunders/Jacobs and build and promote the hell out of the fight.

He is getting a raise from 30% to 35%. Maybe give GGG 37%.

If GGG feels he deserves 50/50 then put together an offer with his team as the lead promoter

The amount of money Canelo cost GGG, he should feel lucky he isn't getting sued and being offered a 50/50 split.

He really shouldn't be allowed to fight in September anyway, and should be banned for longer. GGG needs compensating fairly and the drugs cheat whos reputation is in ruins needs to get off his high horse and realize the situation has changed

50/50 is the right thing to do for Canelo wasting everyone's time. Once again its Canelo that has a shyt reputation in the boxing community not 3G. If De La ****/Canelo overplay this because of money I don't think its gonna do them any favors. Accept, get a rematch, and hopefully win so you can get respect back.

So did canelo/chavez last year. So is chavez a bigger draw then cotto too? Of course not. The biggest difference is clearly canelo is a bigger draw today then years ago and cotto fight was not promoted on a Mexican holiday. GGG isn't cotto who had his own ppv numbers over a decade he could bring to the table that embarrass the ppv flops GGG has done. And canelo isn't the same level fighter he was pre Cotto win. Canelo is a much bigger draw hence drawing 1M last year without a floyd, cotto, GGG level fighter. GGG sold 150K last year with Jacobs they aren't on the same level and any 50/50 talks are just nonsense. There is nothing a fangirl can point to that GGG financially brings to the table to deserve that split. Hell we now know that Loeffler already negotiated the deal for weeks and signed off on it and it was GGG who came back saying I'm not signing I now what 50%. Even his own promoter knows this is full duckage and that GGG ain't worth that. LMAO
