He hasn't won a fight at middleweight in over two years. He's not the middleweight lineal champion anymore than Tyson Fury is still the lineal heavyweight champion.
You can't get suspended and fail to win a fight in your weight class for multiple years and still call yourself lineal champ.Comment

Do you not know the difference between what Fury has done over the last two years and what Canelo has done? It's not that hard to decipher. He hasn't won a fight at middleweight in over two years. He's not the middleweight lineal champion anymore than Tyson Fury is still the lineal heavyweight champion.

if byrd was in on it she could have filled out a 115-113 card for canelo...right? if it was a fix?
if she filled out a 115-113 card no one would have batted an eye or said anything about any possible "corruption"...they would have called it a close fight that canelo got the nod in
her card only lent to speculation.....if she was fixing it she could have been less con****uous
face it...golovkin didnt convince the judges he was superior...despite being a career natural MWComment

common sense would tell you if a judge was trying to skew a fight towards a fighter of their favor they would probably do what they could to not draw attention to themselves huh?Comment

They both got busted for PEDs and they both failed to win fights in their weight classes for multiple years.
Of course the circumstances are different, but result is the same. To be lineal champion you actually have to take and win fights in your division.
The TBRB stripped Canelo just like they stripped Fury.
By the time Canelo fights again it will have been over 2.5 years since his last middleweight victory, and nearly three years since he beat an actual middleweight AT middleweight.Comment
