Why did the WBC say it wasn't an eliminator then? mauricio sulaiman is on video saying that.
Maybe you should try the WBC, considering they are the only ones that can issue/sanction who fights their champion?

or do you think its an agreement between Bermane and Breazeale on a handshake? lmao! you guys are clowns! all these sources reported this including the WBC issuing a public statement to the media!

Dominic Breazeale defeated Eric Molina by KOT8 and won the final elimination fight on November 4, 2017.

He will be returning to the ring on the Premier Boxing Champions series event on Showtime Extreme, where he was originally scheduled to fight Bermane Stiverne. It was stipulated that the winner of that bout would face either Deontay Wilder or Luis Ortiz.

About Whyte and Hearn making Breazeale and offer:

“Eddie Hearn said there was a substantial offer that was made and the offer that was presented was far from substantial.”

What everyone on the thread ignored was guys like Stiverne , Takam and one other that was ahead of Breazeale in the rankings lost so Breazeale was moved up , he fought Molina bc he was the next available guy .

The match was a final eliminator it was signed too be one before any talks about Whyte vs Wilder .

Great as long as we are on the same page then its all good, hence why the WBC has been called out here for their corrupt again. And am glad as a fan that Michael Benson has just expose what we are discussing here on tweeter.

Problem is the WBC claimed it wasn't a "Final" eliminator to Whyte, and whyte said this was confirmed to him and the media. Above your post is a screenshot of Michael Benson's email and reply from the WBC correcting that "final" eliminator story.

Another su****ious thing is why call a Wilder/Breazeale fight a mandatory when Wilder just beat Stiverne in November 2017 as a mando? Shouldn’t that fight be a Voluntary?

            This all makes sense now.
I think every sanctioning body not named WBO/IBO is interested in "facilitating" the Wilder Joshua fight. That's the fight that makes the most money for them. So when we recognize, acknowledge, or learn that an ABC organization is "corrupt", let's focus on what their motivation is. And as Keith Thurman recently found out, it's not protecting fighters just because they fight for PBC.

Edward, you can’t buy a title shot mother****er. You should’ve learned that from daddy scumbag.

Everyone is funneling Anthony toward Wilder and they don’t like it lmao. This is how it goes when you think that you’re bigger than the sport. When you’re seen as reluctant, **** starts to NOT go your way.

I can never guess what would motivate corruption at any level in boxing, making a Joshua/Wilder fight is easy. It doesn’t need the organisations help to facilitate anything. All those two need to do is agree a deal and everything else (Mandatory) included doesn’t matter.... so yeah no excuses for any sort of corruption IMHO.

Thats bc Hearn couldn't figure it out himself . He was looking at the out dated rankings . Some guys ahead of Breazeale lost or moved out of the WBC rankings .

The problem is boxing drags it feet at everything .

The UFC even has them beat there .

They update their rankings right away ., you have to wait awhile in boxing .

There was no final eliminator to Whyte bc Stiverne was originally to fight Breazeale for a title shot against Wilder before Whyte was even in the picture .

The WBC did claim it was a final eliminator its on record . The WBC president said the winner which was Breazeale over Molina would fight Wilder .

The truth is WBC are incompetent and they make there own rules.

If the WBC claimed it was a final eliminator then they would NOT correct themselves when questioned by a journalist. So no so far it’s not on record. Because they correct that record as a typo. This is in print. Not an opinion
