you completely made that up, you excuse-making muppet

no wonder why you end up in people's sig

why is it unthinkable for the supposed man at 160 to fight mid-level contenders?..... especially if one of those guys happens to be his mandatory..... Canelo is not a belt-holder, that fight is irrelevant in "the grand scheme of things"..... why should fight fans care about Golovkin's money, he just made 15mil

the guy is supposed to be this feared killer, and he will have a full camp under his belt by May 5th..... and yet, he cannot fight a mid-level contender because it would be too "risky"?

you clowns said that Hypekin could beat Andre Freakin Ward loool

now, Derevyanchenko and Andrade are too risky

The fight with Canelo is more meaningful in the grand scheme of things. Don't pretend otherwise.

Its primarily a money issue and you know that. Its as much of an issue for Sergei D as it is for GGG.

HBO only had a $1 million dollar budget for the fight. Sergei D turned down 250k for Andrade because he wanted the original 400k offer. That was for a much less meaningful fight. Did K2 need to make a formal offer to know it wouldn't be enough to make both sides happy?

you cant say he doesnt want it if you dont even offer it... just give him a fair pct as a mando deserves, if he doesnt want it then we can say he reject it...

Yes we can. He's the mandatory opponent for GGG. He doesn't have to settle for chump change on short notice if he doesn't want to. Considering he turned down 250k for Andrade it stands to reason that with a budget of only 1 million dollars there wouldn't be enough money for the two guys to make both happy.

and remember the imcentive of a ggg fight is not only yhe money but what comes after if you win, he beats ggg and he can negotiate a canelo fight for life changing money and fame..

Not unless they go to a purse bid. Otherwise its whatever deal they can work out.

Then he should be willing to accept chump change. He's not because he is under no pressure to accept chump change. He's got a guaranteed shot eventually. He can keep busy fighting the Dashon Johnson's of the world until he gets his fight with GGG or the IBF strips GGG and has Sergei D take on the next highest ranked fighter for the vacant belt.
