By 2018 standards apparently is he A-level to Wilder fans. During any other HW era, he's B-rate at best. We still don't know how much his PED use came into play prior to this fight.

He is good but so is felix Diaz, Lamont Peterson, Victor Ortiz, Devon Alexander, and Jessie Vargas. He's a good fighter but he is not A-Level.

Mike Tyson, Ali, Frazier, Lewis, Vlad, Wlad, Foreman, Dempsey, Louis, Ruddock, Mercer, Holyfield, and many more. Hell, I would even consider Joshua and Fury to be A-Level.

Ok I get what you are saying but I was referring to now. I was referring to this current crop of Heavyweights. What is considered an A-level elite fighter in this generation of Heavyweights?

By today's standards Ortiz might be A level. By any other measure from champions years ago, e.g. Ali, Holyfield, Tyson, Marciano etc., Ortiz is B level and so is Wilder.

At 38 or 58 what ever his age is I'd say B Level but that's a big step for Wilder who was feeding on C minus and D level opponents

There isn't one. Joshua is potentially.

No one in the HW division is A level, only about 4 of them are even B level
