Didn't vote cos I see both wins about equal since Wlad was the more decorated proven fighter but on the other hand Ortiz was less shot to bits than Wlad but not by much

Both came through fights you wouldn't be surprised if they lost

If a southpaw journeyman as small as Wooden could give these men absolute hell, even knocking out Maskaev, what if the hell makes you believe Ortiz wouldn't KO these men cold or box their heads off?

Ortiz is a 6'4 240lb southpaw, over 90% KO ratio (a whopping +50% on Wooden), and has dominated every single opponent put in front of him including Jennings and Thompson.

Not to mention Ortiz's extensive amateur pedigree compared to Grant's 12 amateur fights, it's no contest.
      Amateur record

Who did he beat as a pro? Let’s hear it. Bryant Jennings. That’s it.

Talking about this guy being better than Klitschko.. absolutely astoundingly ******ed.

Why are fans so ******ed they have to go overboard every time? Ortiz was a solid heavyweight. It was a great fight.

There’s no need to blow it so much out of proportion. When you do, normal people will start thinking you’re idiots and just not take you seriously. Wilder and his crazy fans.

He improved it dramatically on Saturday night.

But why are people talking about Ortiz being an ATG or something? I certainly haven’t seen anything from him that suggests he’s anything but a good fighter.

Luis Ortiz isn't even better than Sultan Ibragimov. Ibragimov beat Evander Holyfield and Shannon Briggs, which are better wins than anybody Luis Ortiz beat.

Plus, Ibragimov was a lot faster. He had quicker feet. Was just as powerful and was in better physical condition.

Sultan Ibragimov > Luis Ortiz. Never mind comparing Luis Ortiz to Wladimir Klitschko!

Wlad would've jabbed him to bits. Old man Ortiz lacks the footwork to deal with him.

Yep. Fury and even to an extent Jennings made him look bad by taking themselves off the tracks and not allowing Wlad to set his feet for extended periods. Wlad is a great puncher but he needs everything to be perfect before he throws with power otherwise he just wont bother.

Thats why he looked so much better vs a relatively static target in AJ, and why he would batter Ortiz.
