Toney bascilly admitted Roy was the better man after the fight and made no excuses.(A first for James)(and true, a while later he said he would ko roy if they fought again, but thats just toney for you)
To this day, Roy Jones Jr remains the only fighter that Toney admits legit beat him.

James Toney in the best shape of his life couldnt beat Roy Jones. He was too fast, too strong and overall too good.

Of course you're going to argue to the end of time that Hopkins is the best fighter because he beat Tarver.

You're so predictable, and such a nuthugger...that if the poll was skewed in favor of Roy, you'd point to Tarver knocking him out and somehow claim he was the "better man". But since the majority of the votes are in favor of Hopkins.....that's because he beat the greatest lightheavyweight of all time in Tarver according to you.

just imagine dude, jones KO's Prince Ajamu, and then beats Calzaghe by UD and retires, I know its not likely but it is possible (the calzaghe prediction)...if all of this happens and then jones retires with the super middleweight titles, his legacy is far better than hopkins, right now its slightly better than B-hop. Hopkins also admits that Jones was the only that beat him, he does'nt accept the taylor losses and he said he was robbed in his first pro fight, so that means Toney and Hopkins both openly admit Jones was the first to beat them in their Primes.
