He needs to move back down to MW. Fair enough Groves is a big SMW, but he looked enormous compared to Eubank and physically so much stronger when he wanted to tie him up. Size was not the only difference in there though

he a grown man. Make a grown man decision lmao. To many fools leave these loopholes for ppl when they make ******ed decisions for themselves. Once you are a man then act as an individual or act like a sheep who uses blame tactics when things dont go your way. Eubank jr makes his own decisions and they are proven wrong. Now will he be a man and make better decisions is the real questionI'm not even entirely sure that's his fault.
His dad and Ronnie Davies are always talk about how special he is, doesn't need a trainer etc. etc. They have made him the way he is. He'll always come up short against good fighters because the people around him refuse to address his flaws and act like he has a divine right to win.
The experienced people in his team are deluded, so what chance has Jr got of being realistic.Comment

BS excuse. This guy is the Adrian Broner of SM. He has talent but just let his hands go enough like Broner.Comment

So George groves And Eubanks aren't Eurobums ? Because seems like the mention of it got u a little emotional . Groves (world level) lost to Froch twice ( I think he won the first ) in a Domestic showdown , beats Chudinov who was coming off a loss to Felix Sturm ( another EuroBum) then Loses to Badou Jack. Should we get into what makes Eubanks a EUROBUM ? Nah ... Too easy .Comment

I can't think of who Eubank would beat at MW right now. Jacobs, Golovkin, and Andrade all have better power, Alvarez, Charlo, and Saunders are all way more quick with hand speed and adjust to their opponents during a match better, and everyone I mentioned all have better footwork and ring awareness. I have not seen enough of Murata or Derevyanchenko to say Eubank can't beat them, but both of their reputations are good. Maybe Lemieux? But because he was awful against Saunders doesn't make him a push over. It isn't like Saunders challenged his power, he just schooled him in the ring.
Groves is among the best in the 168 division. Eubank just wasn't. But 168 is much less stacked than 160, so I think his best chances for a career recovery still is at 168 where the talent is not as deep.Comment

Groves, like Badou Jack, are underrated because they don't do anything spectacular. But they are both solid, skilled boxers that others have a hard time beating. Froch is the only one to have beaten him easily, and even then, the first one wasn't that easy, hence the rematch.Comment

I don't even think it's right to blame the people around him.I'm not even entirely sure that's his fault.

He's not a kid.
He's a 28 year old man in the toughest sport there is.
He should have been intelligent enough to take control of his career, and see he needs a trainer to teach him basic fundamentals he should have learned before he turned pro.
Instead he chose to skip having an amateur schooling, and then, ridiculously, thought he could train himself.
He's totally arrogant.
He calls the shots, the buck stops with him imo.Comment

Mate GGG will murder him in the ring. Ignoring his **** balance and footwork, he has no legitimate punch power at world level. If Canelo couldn't put a dent in GGG, can you imagine him walking Jr down? It would be hard to watch!Comment

He packs genuine power, not everyone realises. Jack, Murray and Froch have all said that in the last 2 weeks, and they are all solid guys at world level.Groves, like Badou Jack, are underrated because they don't do anything spectacular.
