If Loma vs Garcia doesn't happen, it is on Arum. The same as if Crawford vs Spence doesn't happen. All four of those guys will fight anyone, and those two fights in my eyes are huge PPV fights if they happen, and promoted properly.

I want to make something clear: Loma is not afraid of Mikey Garcia @ 135! The question is would Arum let Lomachenko fight on Showtime? If Mikey beats Lipinets and Linares, which are his next 2 fights, he will be the A-side. Will Arum "bury the hatchet?" Will he demand stadiums, 50/50, etc.? Who does Lomachenko fight to make him worthy of 50/50? What will Lomachenko's next 2 fights be? ****, what will his next fight be? I thought Bob would let Loma face Beltran for the WBO Lightweight title, but he didn't. Berchelt is not happening anytime soon. Machado is with GBP, and Bob has worked more with Haymon than Oscar! So what does Loma do? He needs Mikey, more than Mikey needs him!

This fight needs to happen now. Neither guy is a crossover star. Mikey left top rank so he won't become a ppv commodity under haymon. Nobody but Mayweather has become a ppv star under haymon and lets face it Arum had already built mayweather to that point and had given him the platform. He was already selling hundreds of thousands and the de la Hoya fight was perfect timing to put him over. This Mikey-Loma fight needs to happen now while both are top p4p guys. The people that bought Ward-Kovalev will buy this. This is a fight for the boxing fan, not the mma fan that bought that mayweather trash. But oh well this fight will "keep building" and probably never get made. Looks like both guys will take fights where they are heavy favorites in 2018 and not really roll the dice again for awhile.

Don't even have a clue why Schaefer is getting himself involved in this, especially for a guy who is part of the cold war.
SHO/PBC can't even make Easter vs Garcia who are sharing the same camp.
Not to mention Garcia brothers saying Mikey is too big for Loma, or Linares is their last fight at 135.

Crawford beating an A-/B+ guy like Thurman who is his size or an A- guy like Spence his size would not compare to Lomachenko beating an A- guy in Garcia who is much bigger than him.

What would really be cool is Mikey got majority of all the 135 titles if not all. And Loma got all the 130 titles or majority and then theu fought with 8 major titles.

if the fight gets made and loma beats garcia which is far from a foregone conclusion..I don't think any loma hater can come out and say anything negative just shut up or give him his due credit as p4p no 1..I have garcia in the p4p list..loma should be recognised and certified as p4p no 1 if he steps up and beat garcia

Agree not 1 person should be able to say jack sht about Loma if he beats Garcia. I talk smack about Loma but i never say anything about his skill. I also have him P4P #1. And Garcoa top 10 P4P.
