It's as if they don't want these important fights to happen.
but Parker is reportedly being offered a hefty sum 5 to 10 times his normal rate. add that to your analogy...

It's like your employer trying to explain that you do not deserve the raise you desire because you do not have a history of being a big revenue generator, and the raise your employer wants to give you is well above what you already make.

      Wilder-Breazeale
      Joshua-Whyte
Parker-that Japanese guy no one has ever heard of or Lucas Browne.
Why wouldn't I, he's in a similar position financially to what Floyd was. Or would Canelo be a better example? ..... I'm just trying to explain to you that the guy who makes more money does not concede to the opponents demands, that's how the boxing business works. A-side dictates and yes it absolutely sucks for fans but this didn't start with Joshua.

As for telling fans not to buy his fights, good on you. I only buy the good match ups and if it's something I'm unsure about then I will split the cost with some friends while we eat dominos pizza and have drinks so if the fight ****** then at least I had a chilled time with my mates.

The people who buy his fights religiously probably don't post on boxing forums anyway. I have a few Nigerian friends that will basically buy any AJ fight and none of them know much about boxing at all, it's just a KO and some entertainment to them so they could care less.

        Stop accepting this behaviour!

Joshua doesn't make any money if the fans stop buying the fights.

This site is meant to be for boxing fans and yet all you guys do is defend his business decisions. His business decisions cannot work if the fans demand that he fights the best fights - that's Wilder, Parker, maybe Povetkin, maybe Pulev.
I don't buy AJ's fights and I'm not naive enough to think that anything I say will affect his decisions in any way.

I think eventually both sides will agree on a percentage. Seems like both sides just stringing each other on for the time being.

Hearn has been saying in every interview that Joshua wants all the belts in 2018. So eventually Hearn/Joshua will agree to a term.

You should apply that logic to Parker, Wilder not AJ who has been fighting much better opposition.

How anyone can argue for Parker and Wilder is beyond me. But hey, people will do anything to **** on AJ. There are some seriously poisonous people on this forum who will use anything they can to smear him. It's pathetic.
Well Hearn paid Charles Martin 8.5 million to lay down for AJ. Parker & Wilder should get at least 10.

                Joshua is 100% right.

Parker cannot make anywhere near as much money as what Hearn is currently offering so they are not going to walk away because at the end of the day they don't have many other options. Theoretically a Lucas Browne fight in Oz could do well for Parker but that still will not equate the kind of money that Hearn is offering. Beyond Lucas Browne though there is nobody that Parker can make a fair amount out of, except for maybe Povetkin if he becomes mandatory, but then Povetkin today has been saying he wants to face Joshua and Povetkin is close to being mandatory for both WBO and WBA so it's clear as day which route he would go down.

I'm 99% that this fight gets made next.. might just take a few more weeks for Higgins and Parker to concede and take whats on offer but in the end they will.

Not sure what the obsession with Joshua is or may be i do.

Is Joshua the only (money) option Parker has?

Why dont they call out Wilder if they have to fight another belt holder?

Im pretty sure they have a good shot at 50-50 with Wilder and his team.

Not sure how much a 50% cut for a Wilder fight will equate to though.
