I actually had thought Walters would be able to upset him and was kind of worried for Loma. But man Loma took his heart and will away, I don't even remember the axe man wanting or pushing for a rematch. Walters is happy if he never gets to see Loma again.

I thought Walters would push the pace and get on the inside and was shocked at the odds for Loma win a 9/1, but Lomachenko beat the **** out of Walters and emotionally ****d him

there was quite a few. one of the worst cases of a win being revised on this site. I almost get the sense that if lomachenko hadnt won so easily he'd have got more credit, cause walters seems to be regarded as a bum now.

Partly that but probably half the folks that picked Walters would have used words like "exposed". They will have just moved onto the next guy and forgot about Walters like they have done. It's always the same.

I liked the style match for Lomachenko. Walters had been looking very good, but I just thought he'd get picked off coming in. I expected him to tough it out and go the full route though. I went to the fight and I'd have to say it was one of the more impressive virtuoso performances I've seen live in recent years.

I think Rigo will suffer the same fate and lose most of his new found fans unfortunately. That's sad because he has a ton of skill and probably deserves to be in the Hall of Fame one day but he will be completely ignored by those that are most vocal about what he's going to do next week. In fairness some of his real fans will stick around and some of the other "fans" gave up on him when the fight was signed despite the day prior being adamant he was being avoided and would win easy.
