Be honest: Who picked Walters over Lomachenko?

The fight was about a year ago. Walters obviously had destroyed Donaire (which apparently is proof of greatness) and faced Lomachenko. Many, many folks said he'd crush Lomachenko after claiming Loma would duck him. Neither happened obviously.

I picked Lomachenko but by a 119-109 type fight.

I wanted Walters to win but the Sosa and Marriaga fight really took a lot of my faith out of him. Add on top of that the long layoff and his noted trouble making weight I still pulled for Walters but I knew it probably wasn't going to happen. I just didn't realize how bad Loma would beat him.

Worst display of quitting I have ever witnessed. Wasn’t really hurt just said “no mas”. Just knew he had no chance of winning and gave up. Does he even plan on fighting again? Because surly he is going to quit in his next fight because of the long layoff. That was one of his main reasons last time. I guess live to fight another day, but damn.

I remember quite a few people favoring Walters before the fight. After the fight, he was rusty after a year off though. Never mind the fact that he looked sharp in the first round and it was noted by the commentators.

I did cause I expected him to go with the salido game plan and fight inside. He's a much better inside fighter than loma but obviously 100x more mentally weak. Terrible game plan
