So you say there's no proof of the 2013 offer cuz only ggg talked about it, but the offer that was allegedly turned down in a half hour was legit cuz ward said so...got it. Ward got the emails to prove it doe...Comment

Ward hasn't responded because that's what happened. If he denies it he will be exposed..I don't know what was offered because Golovkin is the only one who has really talked about it happening- Ward hasn't confirmed or denied it and a guy with an injured shoulder and promotional problems shouldn't have to defend himself as to why he turned down a fight during that time. But, apparently Golovkin fanboys don't see it that way.
Golvkin's own words:
“At our meeting with HBO they asked us whether we are ready to box. You know our answers – I said yes, you said no. You said something about your shoulder or promoter – I’m not interested in the reason, I only heard your ‘no.’” Golovkin ended with some particularly harsh words aimed directly at his rival: “As a man, you are dead to me”.Comment

Yes, I do have a link on that.
And no, a guy with an injured shoulder and in the middle of a dispute with his promoter doesn't have to explain why he "wasn't ready"...except when it comes to Golovkin fans apparently...Comment

We got our signals crossed. The link I was referring to was to the offer you said Golovkin turned down.Comment

Yea, and? So ward's reasoning for not wanting to fight in 2013 is more valid than ggg already having a fight signed and wanting the winner of cotto vs Canelo? If it was a serious offer, it would have been revisited. Things just didn't line up for these guys...simple as that.Comment
