      And?

What are you trying to do here break the record for the most irrelevant replies you can do in one thread?

you know exactly where i'm coming from...

        the man said...

if leonard was floyd he would have waited for hagler to be ko'd cold.

        ...and you said....

Leonard did wait for Halger to fade

and the real is, Hagler wasn't ko'd cold before srl fought him...wasn't even close to being stopped...unlike your boy floyd...who waited for a division to fade, and allowed several guys to get ravaged....

Dude, come on now. Waste of e-space.

This. If he lost Maidana 1 or JLC 1 and then won clearly in the rematch (which he did) I don't think it changes much.

Floyd's two closest fights was JLC1 which really can go either way and Maidana 1 which was kind of close, but a clear 7-5 for most observers ALSO NOT including how many fouls went unpenalized lmfao

But the important fights Floyd won clean...DLH, Manny, Corrales, Mosley, Cotto, Hatton, Hernandez, etc.

In 50 fights to have only 1 off night (JLC) and 1 mediocre night with a crooked as fuck ref is nothing to be ashamed of considering he showed up for all his big fights and won those cleanly

Boxing is a business. Floyd was a cash cow for the sport. Everybody around Floyd made money. One reason Floyd was such a moneymaker was his undefeated record. That along with his antics outside the ring made casuals pay to see him fight.
With a loss Floyd's a different fighter. Of course he's still great but maybe Vegas doesn't protect their cash cow as much and maybe he losses a couple more times.
The fact about Floyd is he retired undefeated, everything else is opinion, including the strength of his resume, the claims that he's TBE, etc.

Well I'm not comparing the two.

The guy said Leonard could have waited for Hagler to get old yet that is exactly what he did do.

                  End of story.

I didn't mention Mayweather in my post.

Great question .. I’d say it makes him better overall, the reason behind that is for him to lose would mean that he faces adversity .. that being said it makes him more real

When you’re perfect in this sport there’s way too much speculation as to the meat and bone of the record

Respectfully, you can make a case for Castillo and Maidana 1. You can't for Manny or ODH.
