Canelo wasn't anywhere near "prime" when Mayweather fought him. Canelo's in his prime now but he was wet behind the ears back then. He has much more boxing wisdom, power and experience at this point.

I don't think canelo has inproved that much he had already fought guys like trout. I think we would see close to same fight if the Floyd of then fought the canelo of now
