Oh really? They would? Once HBO began slashing their budget by putting on fewer shows per year and starting losing most of their talent roster, Al Haymon knew his phone would be ringing. It's goes a little something like this; "When you got all the chickens in the valley, you ain't gotta go looking for the fox. Fox comes looking for you". The bottom line is Haymon got what HBO desperately needs to stay alive and that's fighters.

Makes sense. I don't think they'd want to do business with one another but they both need each other at this point.

They just had the biggest TV series hit in the world.
98% of their customers subscribe not because of boxing.
Besides, PBC is broke. Most of their fighters are now fighting once/year.
        He needs HBO badly.
They love lying to themselves. Uncle Al can do no wrong even in the face of massive inactivity going on in the PBC camp. Everyone is ****** to them doe.

Yeah, Haymon garglers always make it sound as if their heroes are doing everyone a favor and everyone is begging for their attention, as if they're doing it for charity.

I actually heard someone saying Schaefer + Haymon were on the outs more lately. And based on Schaefer not going right to the top of Haymon's favorite PBC promoter pile I'd assume that to be true. Maybe thats more on the Haymon's side, maybe thats more on the Schaefer side, maybe its a lil of both, but it seems like they aren't working together as much as I was suspecting they would once Schaefer came back.
