I was at that fight, and I watched it again twice more on TV. Wasn't even close to being close. It was a master-class against a world class fighter. I was proud of Rigo that night, although things have since changed.yeah i watched it live. it was a close fight, as the scorecards and the media cards suggest. A lot of you arent answering the question, just slinging mud ' oh ggg is ****' 'u like beterbiev' 'youre an idiot', why dont you actually try provide a reason as to why you are convinced he is a top, elite fighter despite not doing **** in 4 years?
Agreed. Rigo made a highly regarded fighter (at the time) look less-than-average. Not too often you see that. I forgot my exact score, but I didn't have Nonito winning more than one or two rounds.Who at ESPN had that score? What does that even mean? A writer scored it that, the fans scored it that, polls had it that? I don't understand what that means.
I don't give a fcuk who had it what, it was a wide margin loss for Donaire. Look at his face after the fight, purple!Comment

yes. he turned the fight down when loma wanted to fight at 126. now hes pretending he wants to fight and that they shold give him 750k when he fights on undercards??? he doesnt want to fight hes just takling big since he has almost no fanbase but he wants to stay relevant. hes too scarerd to step into the ring and lose because his career will be over so i understand his decision. he would rather make a decent living then go for the top. i would prob do the same so i dont mind but to pretend to want to fight just to trick low info fanboys is pretty low. stay at 122 and make a living but if you are too scared dont trick dumb people thats just meanLast edited by daggum; 08-11-2017, 05:44 PM.Comment

Rigo and his team fucked up when negotiating that 126 fight. They misjudged Lomo and his seriousness in moving up the weight-classes. Also, they have a track record of being unreasonable. It was a fuck up, in my opinion, not a duck.yes. he turned the fight down when loma wanted to fight at 126. now hes pretending he wants to fight and that they shold give him 750k when he fights on undercards??? he doesnt want to fight hes just takling big since he has almost no fanbase but he wants to stay relevant. hes too scarerd to step into the ring and lose because his career will be over so i understand his decision. he would rather make a decent living then go for the top. i would prob do the same so i dont mind but to pretend to want to fight just to trick low info fanboys is pretty low. stay at 122 and make a living but if you are too scared dont trick dumb people thats just mean
Now Rigo wants to fight at the borderline ridiculous weight of 130. I think he's serious about it. He's a 36 year-old boxer, fighting at a weight no one cares about. I think reality is starting to breath down his neck, and he sees the need to take risks in order to salvage what's left of his career. I believe Rigo wants to fight, but he also won't take the fight for less than what many consider an unreasonable amount. He's between a rock and a hard place, and he put himself there...or allowed himself to be put there.Comment

so basically the eye test unless you count a good win over 4 years agoComment

yes im sure he will take the fight for an insane amount that hes not worth but why would loma do that??? there are 2 sides to negotiating but people are forgetting that for some reason and are telling the a-side to give the b-side everything he wants....um thats not how it works. take the fight if you want to fight. stop making insane demands that only fanboys pretend are legitRigo and his team fucked up when negotiating that 126 fight. This makes no sense. He isn't with Carribe anymore. He's with Roc.
It would appear the same people who f*k him up are continuing to do so.
When are they going to stop? Who is the guy using his twitter account?Comment
