He got on the juice after the first Morales fight. He got off that juice when he turned into a bible thumping person.

But nonetheless, you are a hater and most likely never watched the fight at the time.
So are you telling me that 14days is too close? And are you telling me that's why YOU would turn down a 50mil dollar fight?

Pacquiao has torn through an unprecedented 8 weight divisons, scored sensational victories over countless legends, and is no doubt one of the greatest boxers of all time.

At one point, the White House referred to Pacquiao as the greatest fighter who ever lived during his visit.

Yet, Pacquiao's meteoric rise caused some in boxing at the time (the Mayweather family, Atlas, Malignaggi, etc) to accuse Pacquiao of using illegal drugs.

Pacquiao's refusal to accept random drug testing (wanted cut-off date) back in 2009-2010 only fueled their su****ions, leading to the initial Pac-Floyd negotiations to fall apart.

Yet, unlike some, Pacquiao himself has never tested positive a single time in his career, and did eventually agree to random drug testing.

While most have backtracked on their accusations, Paulie Malignaggi maintains to this very day his assertion that Pacquiao cheated.

In conclusion: Manny Pacquiao is no doubt an All-time Great, and arguably the greatest fighter of this generation. Yet, accusations of steroid use plagued him just when he reached the pinnacle, and puts a question mark over his career and accomplishments.

In your opinion, did Manny Pacquiao himself at any point in his career knowingly use illegal performance enhancement drugs, and lie to the public?

              Explain in detail your reasonings.

              Im gonna go with NO.

Ariza applies some plyometrics bs and shakes with minerals and vitamins i dont think he's an expert in doping, using IVs, changing blood, bypassing the system. Only chemists like memo can do that. Or conte

              Pac just peaked at 2009-2011,
He's finally fighting on his natural weight after years of shredding them. Combined with good matchmakings to make him look his best, so who did he stop really? Cotto? 145lbs not weight drained but certainly affected cotto, he has no corner that time, and already lost his heart against margarito, plus prime pacquiao's style was all wrong for him. He didn't even knock cotto out.
Hatton no longer had the chin, and was attacking him defenseless, that was the same punch that put marquez down.
De lahoya? Obviously weight drain, still an intriguing fight at that time that's why manny got credit.

2011 he already began his decline, there was no testing yet at that time, and he was 32. Its so apparent against mosley, and against bradley I.
Margarito took his physical peak, and marquez took all his aura of invincibility.

It was all downhill from there.
I dont know why people still expects him to perform like he did at his prime, that's the main reason you can say "oh he must be taking something during that time because of the diff"
DUH! Of course he's older each time how he gonna do that.
He beat guys up by accumulation of punches, and can knock guys down given the perfect shot. Today he doesn't have the stamina to throw all those solid punches, and the pulse to land a very good one.

                Well will never know.

However, Pacquiao lost the right to complain about the accusations by refusing drug testing. Point blank. It will always be a blemish on his legacy.

Pacquiao's entire team was shutting themselves at the prospect of random drug testing! That can only men one thing but we got people here who ignore truth in preference of fantasy

You can see by the poll results that this didn't settle anything. Everybody is just guessing. Since he has always tested clean I voted innocent until proven guilty. It's certainly possible he is guilty of cheating but there is no proof of that.
