That's called low body fat percentage. You know anyone that has muscle will looked ripped at such low body fat don't you?

Bringing up Mayweather is the go to tactic to deflect from Pacquiao.

when he lost to morales he said he felt weak when he had his blood taken a few days before the fight. that is what he refused. they can get any samples they want before three days or directly after the fight.
and around those years is the time when he grew less and less dependent on his left hand and more of a boxer.
drugs don't teach you how to box.
He turned down a 14 day cut off.

Constant use of IV's is very effective to have that body.

              Not naturally no.

When anyone who has natural muscle tries to get down to a low body fat %, he loses his muscle as well along the way. PED's prevent that from happening.

The shrink wrapped juicy look Floyd has can't be achieved naturally at such a low body fat.

If you followed Pac's career. . After pac-morales 1, he was very unhappy how there was a testing mix up and was forced to give up blood a couple days before the fight.

Pac was outspoken about how he felt ..he said taking blood weakened him. He's very superstitious and it's common in that part of the world.

But nonetheless, you are a hater and most likely never watched the fight at the time.

You know nothing, sure they'd lose some muscle but not all of it.

But this thread is about Pacquiao, stop deflecting.

Everyone knows that excuse and Mayweather offered a 14 day cut off which Pacquiao turned down. Nice to see Pacquiao overcame superstition when it suited him, after getting KTFO by JMM.

He had blood taken on camera 2 weeks before the Hatton fight, he didn't have a problem with that but turned down the 14 day cut off.

Ofcourse, but it could simply have been the fact that ariza is actually a good strength & conditioning coach. Ariza has said pacquiao conplained often about how hard ariza pushed him and even with ariza he was declining since margo and it's pretty in line with his increasing shortcuts in ariza's training to the Marquez ko where he did no strength & conditioning. Which is indicative of an aging fighter.

I dont think anyone should be surprised of anyone possibly being on ped's in sports with the assortment of stuff one could be on, but pacquiao doesn't exactly scream out at me as a juicer or atleast not on any grand stuff.

I think giving a "YES!" More adamant than one over any other fighter Has more to do with hate for the guy than any real logic.
