Settle this Once and for All: Was Manny Pacquiao ever on PEDs?

Now that Manny Pacquiao's legendary career is likely coming to an end, I think it's time we have a fair open discussion on the matter.

Pacquiao has torn through an unprecedented 8 weight divisons, scored sensational victories over countless legends, and is no doubt one of the greatest boxers of all time.

At one point, the White House referred to Pacquiao as the greatest fighter who ever lived during his visit.

Yet, Pacquiao's meteoric rise caused some in boxing at the time (the Mayweather family, Atlas, Malignaggi, etc) to accuse Pacquiao of using illegal drugs.

Pacquiao's refusal to accept random drug testing (wanted cut-off date) back in 2009-2010 only fueled their su****ions, leading to the initial Pac-Floyd negotiations to fall apart.

Yet, unlike some, Pacquiao himself has never tested positive a single time in his career, and did eventually agree to random drug testing.

While most have backtracked on their accusations, Paulie Malignaggi maintains to this very day his assertion that Pacquiao cheated.

In conclusion: Manny Pacquiao is no doubt an All-time Great, and arguably the greatest fighter of this generation. Yet, accusations of steroid use plagued him just when he reached the pinnacle, and puts a question mark over his career and accomplishments.

In your opinion, did Manny Pacquiao himself at any point in his career knowingly use illegal performance enhancement drugs, and lie to the public?

    Explain in detail your reasonings.

Ignorant to think the elites aren't. Think we'll see end up seeing former elites having heart attacks or odd diseases in their middle age.

Pacquiao didn't decline the drug test. He just wanted the cut off date, it started when 30, then 24, then 14. After Manny Accepted that, Many demands where offered once more.

Yes but I don't consider it cheating.

All top athletes are on PED's (not just boxers). That includes Mayweather, Conor, Joshua, Ward, Kovalev, Klitschko, Canelo, Golovkin, Porter, Garcia, Thurman and yes Pacquiao when he was at his best.

For the record, I have absolutely no issue with this and actually support the use of PED's in sports and believe they should be legalised. So I am NOT in any way hating on the guys mentioned above, all credit to them for stepping up their game.

If an elite fighter was a fly on the wall he would be laughing his ass off at a fanboy defending them on PED's.

There isn't any evidence that I know of. Innocent until proven guilty I always say. But circumstances point to su****ion. We can't prove certain theories of the universe but we can do the math and connect the dots to accept a most likely scenario.

It's very su****ious that ever since Pac started olympic style drug testing, he hasn't the same explosive power.

It's very su****ious that his pre-olympic drug testing strength and conditioning coach worked for other fighters who ended up testing positive.

It's very su****ious that Pac avoided being tested and was finally dragged to the testing lab

I mean, I can go on and on with this. But in the end it'll just be an opinion because like I said before, there isn't any proof. But my guess is that Pac did juice

he is okay with drug testing, just not three days before the fight.
when he lost to morales he said he felt weak when he had his blood taken a few days before the fight. that is what he refused. they can get any samples they want before three days or directly after the fight.
and around those years is the time when he grew less and less dependent on his left hand and more of a boxer.
drugs don't teach you how to box.

No. No proof thus innocent. It's all just conjecture, "he was never the same" and "no KOs after".
