Then Canelo made adjustments, started timing him, broke him in half to the body, made him do the stanky leg the round BEFORE the KO, was winning on HBO scorecards before the final round which he was being outboxed badly in then Canelo set him up and put him to sleep. Khan didn't outland Canelo a single round the entire fight and the Jab which you claim bothers Canelo only laneded 20 times the entire night at pathetic connect rate. I get it so every fight Canelo has you just root and tell us he will lose like Chavez was according to you a lock to knock him out? How much did you lose betting that Khan was going to beat Canelo as well yet didn't even make it to the second half of the fight.

Don't you ever get tired of being proven wrong?

Cotto is lightning fast on his feet and was moving all night long against Canelo and still he took away and countered his jab. P4P Cotto is far superior skilled fighter then GGG.
Khan's jab sucks. He dosen't vary his rythym and is very easy to time. This is why he gets timed and koed everytime he steps up. I'll bump this exact post after the fight.

Khan against Danny Garcia who is a counterpuncher landed 40% of his jabs against danny. and was on a pace of 5X the amount of jabs landed per round then he did against Canelo. Khan's problem is defensive but he's very skilled and one of his primary weapons is the jab. He landed so few at a horrible clip because Canelo took that punch away from him. He was on pace to set career lows in connect and percent landing that punch fighting Canelo. All the guys I mentioned and showed the stats were basically had career worst production using the jab when they fought Canelo. Is this a coincidence? No his defense, head movement, countering is why. Canelo's defense is just superior to GGG. One of his best attributes is avoiding the jab.

        Cotto vs Canelo
        374 Total jabs thrown
        54 Total jabs connected
        14% Percentage landed

        Khan vs Canelo
        88 Total jabs thrown
        20 Total jabs connected
        22% Percentage landed

        Smith vs Canelo
        195 Total jabs thrown
        47 Total jabs connected
        24% Percentage landed

        Lara vs Canelo
        246 Total jabs thrown
        55 Total jabs connected
        22% Percentage landed

        Trout vs Canelo

In 4 months you will see an All Time Great Fighter (GGG) vs a Very Good Fighter (Canelo). Canelo might win a few rounds, but GGG will chop away, hurt Canelo, control the fight with the jab and harder power shots, will pressure and cut off the ring and put up a Big Drama Show, it just depends on how much heart Canelo has and how big his cojones really are how great this fight becomes. Both fighters stock will rise and GGG will emerge as the #1 fighter in the sport.

4 months and the usual suspects and GGG haters will have their mouthes shut and can all create new accounts and tell everybody how Canelo was overrated and how Charlo will expose GGG. LOL i can't wait.

If it's a myth it was started by Golovkin. He told you himself he let people hit him on purpose.

His defense isn't that good but even worst is his transition between offense and defense. He literally stops punching and back up till it's safe to start his offense again.

I wouldn't say more skilled but far more battled tested and experienced in Big Fights on a Big Stage!

              We find out in September!

lol You are so lame. Who are you trying to convince?

It was 7-5 canelo. Canelo was so bad that fight. I knew right after that fight that he was gonna get schooled by floyd. Trout also said after the fight he thought he won. Who cares what fighters say. Canelo almost lost to freakin trout, and most people think he lost against lara. Dont be so dumb

Seriously. If Golovkin had barely sc****d by these opponents (throw Cotto in there as well), he would be considered the worst fighter in the world around here. But GGG is held up to a different standard for sure.

Exactly. If GGG struggled with opponents like those even a bit, people will be calling him the biggest bum. The one fighter GGG struggled with Jacobs would put all those guys to sleep.

Better head movement, defense, counter-punching, and speed off the top of my head. It'll be a great fight for boxing.
