I didn't pay for this fight.. Thank God I'm retired and have to watch my spending. LOL I watched it on YouTube to get some insight on how a Golovkin Canelo fight would go. I didn't watch the whole thing. Like Danny Jacobs said after watching the fight "I need to get some sleep". Chavez was like a Zombie. It was completely baffling. Can't blame the weight or the game plan. He simply didn't throw or take risks. I noticed in the sparring session he had with Golovkin that he had long stretches where he didn't punch. This was the same thing only this time he got paid a lot of money.Last edited by TonyGe; 05-07-2017, 09:06 AM.

LOL @ the WWE move. THAT was for sure unexpected & a bit much if you ask me.
But its not like anyone on the GBP side was thinking this was gonna be a L for Canelo so its not like they wouldn't have planned something like that regardless of an alleged fix lol & just been looking at everything with shock on their face if Chavez had made it interesting or even won. Might just have to call the lighting guy after the decision for Chavez got announced & maybe try to angle GGG into accepting a fight with Chavez real quick.
Whatever happened JCC Jr definitely fought a odd f#cking fight, but its not like this guy is really a boxer per se. I'd compare him to like the guy who gets positioned high in a construction company cuz his dad owns said company, but the guy never really gives THAT much of a f#ck about his chosen career path & is a fairly regular f#ck up or just not maximizing upsides for the business. That's kinda JCC Jr in my eyes. A guy who's got no skin in the game cuz things came too easily & acts accordingly or it shows the most in trying or tough situations.

Chavez just had no answer ,he was outclassed ,everytime he was loading on Canelo who was on the ropes he was blocked or landed 1 punch,Chavez just saw that Canelo is not Martinez or Lee ,he couldnt bully him or walk through his punches ,Chavez started to respect Nelo after first hard punch he threw, then he fought Scared.

If you're a casual fan and you don't know the history of the GGG-Canelo fight and Chavez Jr career, then this would look fishy to you. This is the first Canelo fight since Floyd that a lot of people threw fight parties and made an event around the fight. A lot of people I was around who are casual fans thought this fight was a fix.
Not a good look for the sport to have people coming away thinking that. Another black eye for boxing.
