Size and power does not make you great..thats why great fighters can move up multiple divisions

I think Jacobs and Lemiuex are better wins than a lot of GGG detractors want to admit.

Canelo's standout wins are Lara, Cotto, and Trout. They all present more difficult styles than Lemieux, but I think Jacobs is more dangerous than any of them at middleweight. I'm not trying to pump him up, I'm not a GGG fanboy. I just legit think Jacobs is a real guy. Lemieux is one dimensional, but fast and powerful. He can't be handled any better than GGG did. You can't really contest these points.

Against their other opponents, there isn't much difference in quality, and GGG generally looked more impressive against the non elite guys.

I give Canelo the nod when it comes to opposition, but it isn't by a wide margin anymore.

Good objective, neutral post that I definitely agree with. Good stuff man.

Yes, it was. Sadly, it will be dismissed since most people here are unable to read that much at once.

Lemeux would decapitate COtto, a win over Cotto at this stage is nothing. Trout is not a big win, canelo was the bigger man that night. Lemeuix has fught and KO'd larger guys...

Of course his resume is better than Conela's..
Conela ducked GGG so he lost to him....

Actually, only thing WORSE than losing....
                IS DUCKING THE FIGHT.

Ducking is a detriment to the sport of boxing and only aids it's demise. Fighting people (win or lose) does not.

I would have continued to be a CONela fan if he didn't duck (not hard to be a fan with his beautiful style). I have very little tolerance for people who drop a world title to avoid a fight though.

P.S. I don't wanna hear 15 mil bullcrap.... he had a world title (most prestigious wbc title) and gave it away without ANY negotiation. Fact.

Trout isn't that good. I love Miguel but quite a few beat him.

Gggs resume is better. Brook and Jacobs is better than below resume

Canelo has a better resume but it aint by much, the best fighter he ever faced made him look like a fool and he has looked shaky against others. Golovkin has beaten everyone he has faced on his way to collecting all the belts but one at MW and had a tight fight in his last one. Im not sold Canelo beats Lemule and if the Jacobs that fought Golovkin shows up he loses to him.
