What gameplan/boxing style defeats Mayweather?

Floyd has titles at 154. if GGG drops down then it's an even fight. no size advantage. based on Floyd's toughest fights I think Golovkin beats him.......GGG is a middleweight....floyds best divisions and prime was 130-140.....at 147 he was 30 and slowing down. Small welter to boot.
so basically what youre saying is the opponent needs a clear size advantage to beat floyd?
you obviously dont have any idea how to score fights and its clear you just wanted to see the man take an L
Maidana may have won 4 rounds.....5 if you're generous...hell did he win a round past 5 lol
Castillo vs Mayweather 1 was nip and tuck and was a fight that could have gone either way...thats not a robbery....maybe it was a robbery to you because you hope he lost but worst case scenario wouldve been a draw or Castillo win by a point or two...lol...thats no robbery and that includes giving castillo the swing rounds
Chavez Sr.? the same chavez who got outboxed by frankie randall? the pro Floyd used to bust up as a teenager? the same chavez who got gifts and rescued from losing to Whitaker and Taylor.....no wait, the chavez who almost lost to rocky lockridge and Juan LaPorte? Mayweather boxes his ears off......JLC and JCC do not fight the same, JLC is better with straight shots, longer reach and taller. Prime for prime, JCC gets beat clearly
and no Castillo/Mayweather 1 was not close, Floyd lost man. period. from every angle and in slow motion. it was a gift.
Chavez Sr. beats Floyd. and again all I'm going off is Floyd's troubles with pressure fighters.
Aaron Pryor suffocates Floyd like a python and breaks him down.
had Floyd faced Winky in 2006 he would've been jabbed to death. Floyd has NO answer for the jab. NONE. Maidana is slow as a turtle and was jabbing Floyd nonstop.
Floyd is a legend no doubt. but this is just my take on who would beat him.Comment

Unrelenting pressure (ALA Maidana, Margarito) type of pressures that is never afraid to take a punch to punch.
Boxing outside his range. (requires good defense and must be taller and longer than floyd)
Counter punching (Must be taller and longer than floyd and has fast reaction time and handspeed.) Needing A level ring I.Q to when to hit and when to not hit.
Awkwardness (A freaky jerky fighter that has great stamina, that sets him off.)
Agree on boxing outside his range, someone with a good jab and taller. Hearns or winky wright.
When floyd lost rounds a lot of time it was from a jab - Judah, DLH, Cotto.
Im not convinced a pressure fighter is the best style to beat floyd. If it was the right style then castillo and maidana should have beat him in the rematch or atleast have done just as good. The first maidana fight, floyd specifically fought maidana's fight, IDK if was to make an exciting fight or him being stubborn or what but he didnt adjust and use movement. He did that all second fight and it was a cake walk.Comment

HAD.
Floyd doesnt have titles in chit right now because he is 40 and hasnt fought in 2 years.
And what imaginary world does GGG not have a size advantage at 154 over floyd. You must have missed when floyd, in retirement and not any fighting camp, weighed himself on video at 159, with sweat pants, a hoodie and shoes on. GGG will be 10+ pounds heavier than him on fight night.Last edited by elfag; 03-07-2017, 05:05 PM.Comment

So, everybody ducked Floyd and was not his fault all the fights that never happened?it takes 2 parties to make a fight and what you dont realize is Mayweather had been calling out ODLH and mosely since the 90s...in 06 the fight was possible but shane wanted a good vacation and he had a toothache
Williams had one win over a top ten ww....margarito in 2007...then right after floyd beat Hatton, williams lost to Quintana in early 08.....won the rematch and moved up to never fight at 147 again
If you followed the sport around 04-07 it was clear as day Arum was not gonna put cotto in with a prime mayweather when he was building him up.....by 06 both arums biggest stars left him...Mayweather and floyd...cotto was his new blood.
Roach admitted drug test cut off dates killed the first round of negotiations
either way bro....floyd beat prime elite opponents
Floyd clearly had the best resume of his era, and fought better opposition than his contemporaries so its a joke to even dismiss who he fought when no one has a resume like his. Manny has a good one but he also lost to no names, got KTFO by JMM and never beat him clearly one time

He had 1 close fight with a pressure fighter where as JCC has loses gift draws with guys he got outboxed byFloyd has titles at 154. if GGG drops down then it's an even fight. no size advantage. based on Floyd's toughest fights I think Golovkin beats him.

Gotta look @ both guys strengths n weaknesses
Aaron Pryor was a sucker for Floyd's best shot n every time he got hurt or dropped was a str8 right... Also how would Pryor deal with not being the quicker guy for the first time....also Floyd fought as high as 154....Pryor is not gonna manhandle FloydComment

Hahahaha come on, man, JCC was with problems with drugs when he fought with Randall, and is crazy how you excuses Floyd vs Castillo I but said that jcc arguably lost with Lockridge and LaPorte when he clearly won both fights.......GGG is a middleweight....floyds best divisions and prime was 130-140.....at 147 he was 30 and slowing down.
