Koval; "It's Better To Lose Than Win The Way Andre Ward Did"

Well you lost so stop crying and whining and get your team to
spend some money and get the rematch signed.

There is 3 Light heavies in the world worth a damn, none are great but their at the same level.
This situation should show all fans regardless who you rout for that the promotion companies are "milking" the crap out their "meal tickets" instead of making the money matches that are their ONLY options.

Your seeing what the Duva thought process is all about, cheap!

Ward didn't hurt Sergey once. He has a great chin, unlike Ward.

Anybody can get knocked down or knocked out by a punch that they don't see....also does Kovalev win round 2 without the knockdown?

No it aint. Right now Ward has the sweet taste of victory whilst Kovalev is choking on sour g****s.

It isn't a gift because you say so. Ward hit the canvas against a feared puncher. He didn't wilt. He stepped forward and took the rounds needed to win.

I actually like Kovalev but I think he's complaining too much about this fight. If Ward lost (even though it was a close fight), I doubt he'd still be complaining as much as Kovalev. If he was complaining he would be lambasted on this site.

If you "underestimate" your opponent, you lose a close fight like Kovalev did. If you "overestimate" your opponent you win by a KO, so I don't buy his excuse. I do understand training so hard that when you hit a snag (like he did when Ward got off the floor and kept fighting), you risk fading at the end. However, he should have been prepared for that too.

Kovalev doesnt understand that coWard has no honor so it doesnt matter to him. CoWard and his team/family probably sit around in private and say things like Kovalev deserved to get screwed over and that society owed coWard that decision because of slavery decades ago and cops killing violent black criminals who are resisting arrest.

Kovalev has never needed crooked officials to help out.

Mediocre feather-fisted Ward needs to use illegal tactics and dishonest judges.
