If Manny loses, he takes a fat paycheck back to the Philippines! If Manny wins, he gets a chance at an even fatter check vs. Crawford or Lomachenko! Either way Manny comes out a winner! If a KO loss to Marquez doesn't hurt his legacy, neither will a loss to Vargas at age 38!

and im asking you does vargas not get pay for this fight or what?? this will be his highest pay day up to date. HIGHEST pay day up to date. how is this a lose lose for vargas but a win win for manny? LOL.If Manny loses, he takes a fat paycheck back to the Philippines! If Manny wins, he gets a chance at an even fatter check vs. Crawford or Lomachenko! Either way Manny comes out a winner! a lost to vargas will not hurt his legacy neither does a win will do anything for it. his legacy is set. but a lost to vargas will just put a dent on it because like you said vargas is a cherry pick fight. and if vargas wins this will lead to bigger future pay day for him. so again how is this a lose lose for vargas???Comment

Floyd trying to stay relevant using mannys name during fight week smh
Ill say this if vargas wins he gets full credit and his win is greater than floyds, because he fought a healed healthy pacquiao with no injury. Floyd couldnt even impress against a injured pacman who came off a vicious ko, smhComment

floyd is saying if manny loses "they" will blame it on the age. but what floyd is really doing is throwing the excuse out there already. he doesnt wanna see vargas do better so he's setting it up already. if vargas ko manny, it will make floyd's win over pac looks like child's play.Floyd trying to stay relevant using mannys name during fight week smh

For the last time, if Vargas wins he won't be credited for beating Pacquiao at age 38, and if he loses to 38 year old Pacquiao, he's worst off than if he never fought Pacquiao in the first place! That's a classic "lose-lose" situation. Just read the words of Max Kellerman:and im asking you does vargas not get pay for this fight or what?? this will be his highest pay day up to date. "Vargas is a good dude, he's a broadcaster too. He's sometimes works for HBO and he's a real, genuine good dude. We had a fighter recently in the fighter meetings who said that he used to have nothing and how Jessie Vargas used to give him shoes, and the fighter's wife was there and started to cry because of how good of a dude Jessie Vargas is."
"He's a good, solid fighter. He’s not bad, and he's not a big puncher, and he's the kind of guy where if he beats Pacquiao, that means Pacquiao is washed as a top level fighter. So the fact that Pacquiao chooses to fight Vargas instead of Crawford, it can only say one thing at this point - which is he’s just fighting for the money. He’s fighting for kind of a money grab while avoiding the bigger money against the more dangerous opponent. It doesn’t say good things about where he is at the moment."
As previously reported on BoxingScene.com, Manny Pacquiao confirmed that he will come out of retirement to fight World Boxing Organization welterweight champion Jessie Vargas on November 5 in Las Vegas.
Notice how Kellerman says "if he beats Pacquiao, that means Pacquiao is washed up as a top level fighter." Does he say "if he wins that means Vargas is a top level fighter?" NO! I'm just telling you how this plays out! Don't hate 'da playa' hate the game!Comment

and what does pac beating vargas will do for him??? you even admit that this is a cherry pick fight! how will vargas not get credit for beating manny, but if manny wins, he gets all the praise??? so are you saying floyd's win over pac means nothing too since pac is old? and why are you ignoring my other question. you said if manny wins, he gets a fat check, so does vargas not get pay for this fight? stop being a hater, you make no sense right now lmao! For the last time, if Vargas wins he won't be credited for beating Pacquiao at age 38, and if he loses to 38 year old Pacquiao, he's worst off than if he never fought Pacquiao in the first place! Of course there would be some who would pretend age doesn't matter, but the vastly overwhelming majority of boxing fans know Mayweather in his mid to late 30s was not the same guy, and age would play a factor in any potential loss.
Same deal with Pac now, the double standard would only come from the obsessive haters. There aren't enough of them to bother paying attention to. Pac from even 2 years ago would stop Jesse Vargas. If he doesn't now, it's because of age.Comment

The only caps that do any favors are the ones you wear to hide your receding hairline dandruff encrusted oily scalp. Manny is the top PPV attraction of all time and only the 3rd man to whoop the ass of Mayweather in the pros so show some respect. Turd breath.Comment

manny's been fighting professionally since 1995, 1995. and we are talking that he might fight crawford NEXT year, NEXT YEAR. crawford, one of the best of today, that's crazy... so.... shut the fuck up floyd.Comment
