Ward: I'll fight GGG a year later but sign the contract so it seems that I want to fight....but in a year okay. Man, GGG puts so much fear in these guys that they're coming up with all kinds of demands.
With no belt on the line (Alvarez handing over the WBC belt over not wanting to fight at 160 made his interest in middleweight pretty obvious), and Golovkin and his camp already saying that they'd fight 154-168, why not get Golovkin to put his money where his mouth is?
For $10m (triple what he allegedly got for the Brook fight, and basically double what his previous high purse was), why can't K2 even return a call?

well see what happens but between gbp oscar and loughler i think they are all full of crap and the fighters are stuck in the middle and getting the backlash
If they are offering 0 ppv percentage, thats a joke, even if they offered him 10million (which I really doubt they offered) and 0 ppv upside, thats a joke, because Canelo has no other dance partner that will bring him a PPV that will most likely do 1m + buys.

And I have a hard time believing K2/GGG is going to turn down a fair offer regardless of the alphabet group %'s bs that were in play if they couldn't agree on the fight. I see this as GBP trying to hold his position than K2 trying to cash out.

Jacob's refuses to give an actual number other than it has to be more than $1.5mill, but it's probably $3mill, b/c that's what Quillin just said. There's not even enough money in that fight to pay Jacobs/Golovkin 50/50 at that point, and no way should Jacobs be getting parity with Golovkin, GTFO. Jacobs has jack **** drawing power. His numbers for the Quillin & Mora rematch were a joke. The guys simply isn't worth the money he was already offered. Yeah, Jacobs isn't worth $1.5mill, no way.
BJS is going to get the money he asked for. Loeffler said they worked out a deal to get him it before, and Saunders recently said he was skeptical that the fight would be big enough in the UK, but after the Brook fight he says he's convinced it will be.
What's Golovkin's number?
