I don't know if BJS is fully aware that Hearn (who promoted last night) is not Warren... Wait: Warren wanted to put Flanagan on Sky against Crolla...

In fact I can't see anyone other than Hearn who is able to promote a big money fight in the U.K.

I'm interested in seeing how well Warren does with the Fury/Klitschko II ppv.

I hope Jacobs-GGG happens, but I doubt it will.

        Saunders is more likely.

Pay Jacobs or pay BJS, lol

K2 painted themselves into a corner with their silliness.

With the WBA breathing down their neck (in a similar fashion to the Brook fight, the draw of Brooklyn's native son, taking on the "middleweight destroyer", in Brooklyn is going to have Lou DiBella digging in the pocket on the bid), Saunders isn't coming down from his original ask for the fight.

No; with the fight being basically the biggest fight at 160lbs (some would try to say Golovkin-Saunders to unify, but the business for that fight in the UK, especially without Sky Sports pushing it, is a lot smaller than folks seem to think), and both guys wanting to be paid handsomely, I have no doubt that the fight will end up going to purse bids come October.

Once the bid happens, whomever wins the bid can take the fight wherever they want.

Would Golovkin be able to fight off of HBO? That's probably something that should be asked of Loeffler.

Fury/Klitschko I was aired by Sky Sports in the U.K.

              So...

(Edit: In case Warren is able to make GGG vs BJS on Sky and at a stadium as venue, it may deliver...)

lol, like Golovkin didn't ask for a lot of money to head to the UK, or like Golovkin isn't going to ask for a lot of money for the Jacobs fight. gtfoh

Brooklyn's "native son" did garbage numbers last time at Barclays, and thats was with a fellow NYer and an all NY undercard.

And sure Dibella might dig into Al's pocket at the bid, but he would have to bid $6 million just to pay Jacobs the $1.5 he got for Quillin, and nobody believes Jacobs will take the fight for that number.....

maybe you should apply your "canelo-GGG" model to this fight, and being that GGG is the draw and not Jacobs, that means Jacobs should take whatever crumbs are offered from GGG and then make billions next time out.....

Dare to be great, right?? lol

My guess is no deal is reached and this fight goes to purse bid with the winning promoter sending it to ppv and crossing their fingers......
Saunders fights on BoxNation, and Chris Eubank Jr has also moved back to BoxNation, a channel with a limited PPV audience compared to Sky Box Office.

                    nice try, though

Dibella is good enough, but money doesn't grow in trees...
